The girl who made our subs was very poorly trained with little to no knowledge, we ordered a sub that requires ranch(she tells us after the subs were made they were out of ranch), I tried them also ordering a pretzel with cheese and she notified me they are out of cheese, customer before us was asking about the subway app which worker also had no clue about it at all. The entire place was a mess. Do Better!!!!

Worst visit at this subway ever! Five employees and not a friendly one in the bunch! All four subs we purchased did not have fresh baked rolls. The inside was less than clean, and although I realize there is construction happening here there were several employees doing nothing so some cleaning would be great. And a friendly ( even fake) smile would go a long way.

I wouldn’t even say they have service if I could I would give them a zero star rating. I had a mobile pickup did not get the footlong cookie I ordered and paid for and when I received my sub it was missing all toppings and did not even have any sauce. To say I am disappointed and will not be going to Subway again is an understatement.

I’ve been coming here since I can remember. This has always been my favorite location in Horseheads. I understand that employees come and go and what not but today I had a bad experience with one of the workers. She was very rude. She was huffing and sighing while making my sandwiches. I was the only person in the line, at 6pm. The two stars I gave is for the other employee, Nate who rang me out. He was nice. He looked like he was done with her attitude as well.

It’s a Subway, what can I say. Like most of these places you seldom see the same person twice-turnover has to be a killer. Most always whoever makes my sub does a good job. Every now and them it comes out very sloppy, which is a pain, but to be fair, I get virtually every veggie put on my sub that makes it pretty tough to keep together and cut. Some of the clerks have done an amazing job with the stuffed roll, a few others, well, lets say when I sat down to eat is was pretty messy.

Worst subs I’ve ever had at a subway. The kid at the counter didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Subs were missing items soggy bread and forgot our cheese for our pretzel. And then today both of us sick with food poisoning from the place! Come on get it together your a chain restaurant and they have standards.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Walked in to workers there one putting bread in oven cleaning up dishes..looked like she was trying to go home other worker doing a to go order. I approached the counter he said ill be right with you. The girl saw me standing there and not once acknowledged i was there nor jumped in to wait on me to get me out of there quickly.. I waited 10 minutes before being waited on. I was on my break for work which is only 30 minutes… 10 wasted so far. Finally asked me what I wanted said a salad….what happened to the square salad bowls by the way??? So he got the round bowl and started building my salad in the bowl and I said you don’t chop the salads anymore..he said I can so I said yeah please was being kind even though I was irritated at this point. The bowl was not even half full by the time all said and done. I asked for dressing on the side and got one little cup of dressing of my choice…at this point didn’t say anything I just wanted to leave since now 20 minutes of my break was gone. I paid almost $10 for hardly anything in the bowl and service was horrible. Don’t recommend this location.
