Please let Anthony know that it’s not the sandwich artist way to argue with the customer for the amount of veggies they get on their sandwich. I initially asked for a lot of spinach and he dantily put like 6 leaves and I was like x10 more please and he rudely said “I want to be able to close the sandwich” in an argumentative tone when I didn’t go on my lunch break to argue with a sandwich artist. I love subway, I used to work at subway 20 years ago when I was 15/16 in Scottsdale, AZ on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd and Via Linda, and I never once argued with what a customer wanted on their sandwich. Please take this as a learning lesson Mister Anthony to not be argumentative with your customers, to make things smoother especially when you have a line and online orders coming in. Anthony was the only guy here and bro went above and beyond in terms of service, really made sure our sandwiches were made how we liked them and went in the back to try to hunt down extra baked lays because there were none on the shelf for us to grab. Give this man a raise he is like Atlas for customer service for this place!

I ordered veggie delite, lady did not change her gloves from previous meat order , I asked to put veggie before toasted women who was helping me asked to me to pay bill and other women meanwhile wrape my sandwich already. When I opened up my sub it was not even toasted. Both ladies gave me annoying facial expressions. Very poor service. She use same meat knife for my sub to close it up. Poor hygiene.

First, the staff at this location are always very kind, quick, neat, clean & professional. The store is always very clean and there’s always service with a smile. When I order ahead my order is always prepared on time and to my specifications.
What’s sad is that in recent months at any of the half a dozen Subway restaurants there’s been less and less meat on my subs. For decades a regular steak sub could feed me for 2 days but now the same order leaves me wanting more. Its like they put a smear of steak on my sub where I used to look forward to a mouthful of steak in every bite.
Is this intentional? Did corporate order you guys to cut back? In a world full of amazing sandwiches this is no longer an amazing sandwich. This sandwich is long but its deceptively rather small.
Meanwhile KUDOS to Subway for switching from plastic to all-paper packaging and paper bags! That’s a win!
