Which is why the low grade for service !!!!
The asst. Mgr was great and made a good sandwich which was to corporate stds, and was very attentive too
I would recommend the young man making sandwiches be shown how to properly wrap a sand without squashing the sandwich though. I would hate to be the guy opening the squashed pancake for his lunch.
NEWS FLASH. THIS SUBWAY IS NOW OPEN UNTIL 9 P.M.
Unfortunately, my experience left me frustrated enough that I won’t be returning. That said, this isn’t necessarily a reflection of the employee’s usual service—I’ve had good interactions here before.
Subway’s advertisement for nachos is vague, and it turns out different locations prepare them differently. At this location, the owner was stingy with the ingredients—even though I offered to pay extra. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just to get my food the way I wanted it.
The nachos aren’t a “make it what you want” meal.
customers, but had a coupon for a footlong sub for $6.99 so decided to order a toasted meatball sub. When we unwrapped the sub at home we noticed there was an abundance of marinara sauce. There was more chunks of tomato than there was sauce. We didn’t enjoy the sub because of it. You need to offer a plain sauce in addition to the marinara or change to just a plain sauce for your meatballs subs.
Called today since I still couldn’t drive to get it, asking for a refund which was like $10.00, since I did a BOGO coupon. Spoke to Shawn again and he said the register was closed out so he can’t give me cash but offered a gift card. He gave me a snarky comment saying “well yesterday you said don’t worry about it, we have the subs in the cooler still for you”. But had a really bad attitude about it , forgetting the fact I had to deal with a pretty bad car accident and still figuring it all out. I feel that the most appropriate response would have been “yes our registers closed down for the day yesterday but I can issue you a gift card in place of cash” . He instead pretty much blamed me for it and seemed really agitated I wanted at least a gift card and said I can pick it up whenever. There was so customer satisfaction or politeness, just rudeness. Just because of that I won’t go back to this location! What a jerk!
