They’re advertising that they’re cold cuts are now ‘sliced to order’. At least at this location, there’s not even a deli slicer in view – all cold cuts were in the case pre cut as they’ve always been. Asked for extra lettuce tomato & onions on the sub – got it home and there was barley any on it at all. The meatball sub tasted like the meatballs were old & the sauce was very thick & concentrated. They were very tight on both subs, meats and everything else. We decide to give them a try again after not going there for quite a while – only to find it is now worse than ever. And be careful what you order – they charge a lot for just about everything – on top of bring expensive for what you end up getting. There are lots of better places for subs – after this experience, just about any of them are much better.

Never had a bad experience until now with this location. I placed a mobile order for 2 subs yesterday before leaving work. On my way home, I was involved in a car accident (someone hit me and damaged the front driver side bumper pretty bad). I had to obviously deal with getting the police report, then starting a claim with the insurance, and processing it all. Subway called regarding the order that night and I told them I was in accident, that we may pick it up or they could have it for themselves. Shawn said they would have it in a cooler for whenever. Great.

When I walked in there were 2 guys working. They seemed like they were cleaning n conversing with eachother. But as soon as I got in line , their convo stopped and the one guy came Right to me. He was friendly and professional. He at least acted like he enjoyed serving me. Def one of the best customer service received at a subway. I hope he knows how much that is appreciated as not many people are very friendly anymore. So thank you for amazing service
