I’m pretty forgiving when it comes to fast food places like Subway. I don’t typically have high expectations, and yet they still managed to disappoint with my recent experience. I placed an online order, so theoretically my in-store impact should have been minimal, yet the staff acted annoyed by my mere presence as I walked in to the otherwise empty store, said hello, received no response in return, checked the mobile order rack and didn’t find my order and then proceeded to approach the front counter. Only then did the lady behind the counter manage to muster up the energy to address me and very condescendingly asked “are you all set?”. The icing on the proverbial cake was getting home to find out that the two subs that cost me $33 were wrong. Do better subway.

There are two enterance, one from main street and one at the back with a lot of parking.
There was a long queue there so we ordered online for pickup and went to shop at Tops which is nearby. When we came back our order was ready and the staff was super pleasant.
Order was prepared perfectly and we enjoyed it a lot.

In a time when customer service is hard to find this place was great! All three employees genuinely seemed happy to be there, the place was clean organized and the food prepared quickly and accurately.

I was attempting to order $300 worth of gift cards in multiple of $15. The national subway promotion is purchase $25 in gift cards ( plural) receive a 6″ sub free. Upon reading the promotional details it appears that there is a limit of 4 free subs per order. Which would translate to me, for $100 in gift cards ordered there would be 4 free 6″ subs. When the very nice woman working at the location attempted to contact the owner on this kind of order she was informed that the amount of gift card (singular) promotion was for $25 increments. The person on the phone stated she spoke with the owner on this concern. All advertising states; purchase $25 in gift cards ( again plural). I was told they would not honor my request. This is the same location that I have purchased large amount of gift cards in previous years and never was there an issue. My attempt was to shop local, to keep dollars within Spencerport but I could not complete the transaction for the gift cards knowing other Subway restaurants would welcome a $300 sale. The staff at the location were very attentive and at a loss for words. They were courteous and very welcoming. It is my hope the owner and the person on the phone realize that the staff is very good. The service rating given is for the ownership / management team not knowing national program, not a reflection of the store staff.

This is the cleanest subway I’ve been to in probably 20 years. Sandwich was delicious and the ingredients were impeccably fresh. Made me proud to be an American for the 12 minutes it took me to eat my sub.

Had a very good dining experience. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive and efficient. Subs were standard subway subs. Cookies were fresh, warm, and soft. Restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. There is lots of lighting and the dining room was very bright. It was cold by the door where we sat. I would recommend this subway for a quick bite to eat and a tasty subway sandwich. Parking is difficult when there is a lot of snow.

Store was clean. Employees kind. Sub was acceptable. Hard for me to adequately evaluate subway. Because there’s very little cost savings anymore (something that’s changed drastically over the last few years). If we are going subs, I’d rather pay a tiny bit more at a Dibellas, Wegmans or Pizza shop and get better quality ingredients and larger portions.

Most of the visits were great & we go for subs quite often. This last time was a real disappointment. The rolls flaked like they had been frozen & the ends were hard. Will be awhile before we go back & then, if same, we will find another sub shop.
