Last never once said a damn word to me!! She just gave me a nasty look and waited for me to speak the whole time…. Toasted my subs even though I didn’t ask for it! Didn’t even let me put veggies on I would have liked toasted on it and then she smushed my subs after!! Like damn if you hate your job go the hell home! How are you still in business! Whoever 2567 cashier number is seriously customer service goes a long way……

Good food but cashiers are miserable like they don’t wanna be there. Simply get new job I should not suffer because your miserable….6-4-21 ordered 2 subs bacon is chewy and u forgot my cheese I get it saves company money on BOGO subs time to replace current staff with machines constantly let down by this place

This subway location needs some serious help. Last night we waited over an hour for two subs when the line in front of us wasn’t that long. The associate working behind the counter was by himself trying to make a lot of subs. He was disorganized in the way they subs being made which was making the wait take even longer. On top of that, mobile orders were coming through which he obviously didn’t have time to complete. For some reason he didn’t have any cookie bags or small drink cups either. There either needs to be two people on staff or close it because every time one person is by themselves the wait is ridiculous and things are forgotten. The subs don’t taste good from there anymore and every time we go they have a mess on the counter where the subs are made. The ingredients sit out and get nasty so the subs are never taste fresh. As we were waiting the Crosby’s staff kept coming over to talk to him when he was in the middle of trying to make subs as well. I would not come back again

This is the fourth time I have place and order and one or more items are missing. Every time I call it’s the doordash drivers fault, only I ordered food through the subway app, not the doordash app, but keep getting told by subway I have to deal with door dash, but they won’t tell me how. I can’t call or email them. Just ridiculous!

Went in today to order 2 subs. Stood there for a few minutes till the lady at the front cash register had to yell for “Jake” to let him know that he had a customer. Right off the bat you could tell he was not happy to be there or to serve. He had his ear buds in and lacked in the customer service department. He was very short “what do you want” and kept slamming things around as he was making the subs. Nothing was stocked in the veggies. I asked for extra tomatoes and he scraped the last 5 out of the tomato bowl that were the size of a quarter if that and still charged me for extra tomatoes. I am not one to leave a review but he was super unpleasant and honestly probably won’t ever be back . Do better.

OK, first I want to say that I’m not the type of person to ever leave a review. In fact, I can’t remember the last time I ever did a Google review on anything. However, after my recent experiences at the subway shop at the Crosby in Perry New York, I felt compelled to speak up.
I am a healthcare worker in the area and my lunch options are often limited, however, obviously subway has made a reputation for itself over the years where you know you can go and get a decent meal at a decent price and a fairly healthier option then traditional fast food places.
I have gone into the subway about half a dozen times now and every time I think my experience will probably be better and that the staff was just having a bad day. I have finally concluded that this is not the case. And this is just how the staff is. More specifically, the female worker “Sam” needs some serious training with her complete Lack of soft skills. It doesn’t matter if I’m the only one in there or there are six people in line.
she has The same Attitude every time. Zero eye contact, never says hello and does the bare minimum every time to complete the order. Her head is aways down the entire time and she always asked very quick questions to complete the order.
Now I’m not sure if this is just a personality thing or she is trying to be this way. Either way she comes across as being extremely rude to the customer who is just trying to go in and get a nice meal for their lunch or dinner. I am a very friendly person and it takes a lot to get me upset. However, every time I leave there I just feel so bad about my experience From this individual. And honestly, it wouldn’t take much to completely change this experience. a simple smile, a simple hello with eye contact. Would literally be all it takes. She makes the food fine. My sandwiches are made with good quality. The food is never bad. However, her customer service is 0 out of 10 every single time. So much so that I am now finding myself looking for other lunch Options, even though the food is fine.
If management is reading this, you need to take a serious look at this individual because there is no doubt in my mind. You are literally losing customers Of her lack of customer service. There is no doubt in my mind.

Placed an online order at 515p. Said it would be ready at 530p. My husband got there and waited 30 minutes for our order. They started our subs but then stopped to wait on customers who walked into the store. I was told that they wait on customers in the store first and then do online orders. Our subs were cold, wrong and the roll was rock hard. When I called and spoke to a girl about the issues she got nasty on the phone and hung up on me. Orders should be done in the order that they are received. It’s no different than if I place in an order in the store and a customer was waiting in line behind me or if I place an order online and then customer walks in…either way they would have to wait their turn…so the perry ny subways “policy” about what order the orders are done is BS!!! Horrible customer service and I will NEVER do business with that location again!!!!

Subway is usually a good place to get a quick bite to eat, however, you shouldn’t be placing an untrained, new employee that doesn’t have a clue what they are doing on dinner service all by themselves. Okay, she may not have been completely alone, but it sure seemed that way. I was first in line, but had to wait for the trainee to figure out how to make a steak melt. That was simply ridiculous. Do better!
