This is a generous 2 star review. I am an easy going frequent flyer to this location and am normally very happy with this establishment. I know the owner well and I am sure she would be very disappointed with the customer service I received as well.. The worker was so miserable. Here is a pictire of the two protein bowls I ordered. They are barely half full!!! And that was after asking for more. I didn’t dare ask again because she was so miserable. Anything we said seemed to say she seemed annoyed with. And I only made one request! Like i said, I am normally extremely happy with this location. I will definitely leave a better review after my next 5 star service. It’s just going to take a bit to get over this one.

Worked all day tried online order. Foot long Classic Combo sucked says it would have ham, salami and bologna. 2 slices of bologna only. Had to add my own cold cuts to satisfy my husband. Never again.

I ordered a 6” italian sub with double turkey, provolone, spinach, cucumbers and tomatoes. The worker began piling green peppers onto the samdwich. When I informed her of this mistake, she proceeded to take the peppers off and place them back into the container. This cross contamination was appalling. We also ordered a sandwich with turkey and pepperoni. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the sandwich had bacon on it. I did not ask for bacon. The service was fast, but extremely sloppy. The containers holding the toppings were all frozen or being defrosted. Anyone with food allergies should steer clear.

I am a frequent flyer here and have never had a problem until tonight, there was a few people in line and there was two woman working and one was busting her butt to try help customers and was still in a cheerful mood while the other was a older woman was standing there and was rude to not only us but a older man in front of us that was having issues with not knowing how to use gift card she was not helpful at all to him and kept giving him smart remarks. Than I asked for xtra mayonnaise on my sub and I only got one line. Finally after about 30 minutes we were out of there with two people working and only one person in front of us. Definitely disappointed.

I had the same guy twice and he messed up my sub both time. It seems as though he doesn’t care or he isn’t paying attention. Last time, I asked for no onions. He put them on, but I could at least take them off. This time, I didn’t get a choice of bread, and I asked for peppers and he neglected to put them on. Is it that hard? I don’t mind having him ask again if it’s right. He clearly doesn’t care about his job and I won’t be going back there.

No welcome when you enter, place was clean. The food was good, but a little too heavy on the dressing(I had a “no bread bowl”). Overall, it was a decent Subway and I would order fron there again.

Pretty standard Subway experience. The cheese and pepperoni dippers could be better, but that is not their fault, it’s probably how they received it pre-packaged.
