Worst experience ever. Staff made my order wrong and when I said why you made wrong she said she dont have veggie patties so made order which ever I like. Go online and Cancel your order I know I made it wrong but will not do any thing. When I ask for manager she said same thing yeh we made is wrong because we are out of veggie patty but we can take your order back or cancel your order that what our owner told. Go do online compliance and get your money back. Very rude staff

Rescued Brushes
Almost every time I order from this restaurant through DoorDash, they are out of something. They never contact the customer, which they should be able to do because it’s not the dashers job. And they should also update their system so they don’t have items that are not available. I have a restaurant and I use DoorDash there, so I know this is very easy to do. I’m not sure why the service is always so bad and so rude.

Huge thanks to the two ladies working today, 10/5/25 at 1:20 p.m., for the excellent service. I especially want to recognize Sam—she was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive to my order. I’m very particular about how I like my subs, and she didn’t hesitate to accommodate every detail without rushing me. She deserves a raise!

I ordered with DoorDash, apparently orders for delivery through this service don’t get the same attention or care. My most recent order was to make use of their 2 for 1 sale, being as I like to have a sandwich for lunch and save one for work later on in the evening and the saving sure help when I too make minimum wage. My 2 BLTs were not made the way I paid for. I requested American Cheese on them, not even a slice of cheese on them anywhere. I requested DOUBLE for my bacon, spinach, and tomato; I got sad flaccid sandwiches. I will likely never order from here again, via DoorDash or otherwise.

I suggest other customers go elsewhere or watch them like a hawk, because clearly they do not care.

if i could give zero i would! they have very ignorant employee there and she should not be in customer service, shes attitude filled everytime i have gone in there and now when she was told she made an order wrong she decided to scream at her customer instead of speaking with them and trying to figure things out.

The manager is still rude the one cool girl with the alternative style was the go to upset she left she was great at making food and her service skills were great too she should’ve been the manager Courtney the manager now is very rude and and doesn’t know how to talk to people.

At first wasn’t to happy with how it looks/Location was ahh? and as a Muslim it’s hard to see employees use a knife or have the same gloves touching pork and then they start making your food with the same gloves/knife, so I ask the employee can u please change the gloves/knife and she was soo happy and soo nice about it usually at other places I get the dirty look but here “Jean” they employee wasss sooo friendly and sooo nice! I had to write a review about it,I was so happy. And food was good subway what can I say!!!!

I asked for the battered chicken sub but was given the kind of chicken that goes in the chicken and bacon ranch, it’s not battered. Please give people what they ask for. We’re paying!

Busy location and yet only one employee was working. He was great! Very fast and never rushed us with our order despite a long customer line behind us. They have some new menu additions which are worth trying! Slightly overpriced that’s why I gave 4 stars.

I had a really disappointing experience. The two employees working there were extremely rude and unprofessional. From the way they spoke and treated me, their tone felt passive-aggressive and borderline racist — like they just didn’t want to serve me.

When I politely asked for more sauce, they acted annoyed and literally threw the toppings onto the sub like they were doing me a favor. No care in how it was made — the sub tasted bland, and the whole vibe was just hostile and uncomfortable.

I understand being busy or tired, but there’s no excuse for treating customers like that. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
