Worst Subway experience ever. The crew was extremely rude. I asked for a clean table because it was filthy, and the worker snapped that he was ‘busy’ and refused to clean it at all. He ignored us the entire time. This location has zero respect for customers and should be reviewed by management immediately.

Singular worst Subway I’ve ever visited. Staff was unpleasant while making my sub and blaring trap music, almost to the point that you couldn’t hear. Asked if they had a certain product, was flatly told no, and all around despite my friendliness the employee said almost nothing throughout the entire transaction. When I got my sub, it was literally soaking wet because the employee for some reason wrapped my sub in the paper it was prepared on. When I went back and complained, the employee just said “yeah”. Not a sorry, not a “what can I do”, nothing, just “yeah”. It was their mistake! I asked for a refund and was told it could only be given in cash, despite having paid with my debit card. After nearly 10 minutes of walking around and texting while avoiding eye contact with me, the employee somehow managed to call someone and magically give me the money back to my card. She just handed me the refund receipt with a blank stare, I had to ask if I was even good to go. Absolutely miserable attitudes from both the woman with glasses and the woman with teal hair – I’ve never had customer service so rude and positively uncaring. Go work at Burger King across the room – at least then you can keep your miserable attitude in the grill area instead of facing the public. This Subway location deserves to go out of business with employees like that, and I generally love Subway.

Me and my parents went here yesterday to order 2 regular meals and one kids meal. I was on my way of ordering my kids meal to have it customized the way I love my regular meal 24/7 but in the process of me ordering what I would like on my sandwich, I was rudely told that I can’t have the ham substituted for tuna because it was a kids meal. The workers kept giving me and my parents a very hard time because they made my sandwich correct but there was way too much avacodo which was overpowering the other flavors from the other toppings and it was barely toasted when I was asked if I liked it for toasted . The workers are very argumentative when asked to remake the sandwich to my liking and trying to give my parents a refund for my meal that I was very dissatisfied with. It took calling both the owners and corporate just to get the refund. Me and my parents won’t be coming to this subway anymore regardless how hungry we may be.

I absolutely love subway and this one did not disappoint. They made great subs and they tasted great. They make it right in front of you of course and I still think its cool. Now I do have one complaint but that just may be because I didn’t understand something. The workers had a accent that was very strong and I had no idea what they were saying. That may be because of me just not knowing how to understand them. So I am not going to take any stars off! Other than that they taste so good and they never taste different.

I’m a truck driver, went into Subway bought a sandwich went to my truck to eat it……terrible btw, the meat on my garlix roast beef was disgusting i threw it out and didn’t want a replacement bc the restaurant was gross. Went back in walmart to subway w my own cup and asked for a cup of ice. The manager said his name is Ese, told me I have to buy something else to get ICE…..not water not a drink…ICE. I’d starve before I spend my hard earned money w these greedy people.

Compared to what Subway used to be, overpriced, subs are mediocre, dry, not fresh, tasteless, smaller, thinner. This location does not take coupons and the $5 footlong days are gone. For $5 it would not be worth it, now they want $11 for a sub you can make at home just as good or better.
Won’t be back to Subway too many more times, very disappointing for what they charge.

I ordered a 6 inch Veggie Delight on multigrain bread toasted. The top of my bread crumbled as I took a bite. That’s a clear indicator it was sitting there too long. My 2 oatmeal raisin cookies were good as usual. No issues with the soda fountain. However when did Subway start asking for tips when you pay with a card on the reader? This location also offers hot soft pretzels and slushies.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered this restaurant through the Subway App. I got my notification that it was delivered and never received anything. I contacted the restaurant and the guy who answered barely spoke English and kept saying he couldn’t do anything that it was picked up. When I said how do I get my money back then he hung up on me. I immediately called back and noone then answered. Completely unacceptable.

Who is running this place? I got a large spicy Italian as usual, the woman behind the counter put so lil mozzarella cheese the sub had holes of missing cheese. When I asked if the cheese could be distributed properly they said it would be extra for extra cheese but it wasn’t extra. It was missing cheese. First for me. Then adding the veggies they counted how many yellow peppers to add to the sub. Literally 8. I swear I’ve never seen this before.
