This location is a joke. I placed a mobile order and I get there for a pick up.. they are out of rolls. So flatbread only. I asked how I get my money back and the worker said “I don’t know. Maybe contact them?” I take what I didn’t order and then he says “were out of ice too.” Im actually livid only because I juat had a baby and this was the only thing I wanted. I will never place a mobile order again or visit that location.

Ryder has made me subs multiple times at this location and is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Great customer service, speedy, and great quality work. I certainly recommend this Subway just based on Ryder alone, if the other worker’s are close to him, you will not be disatisfied.

The Subway on Southwestern is the best! I live in East Aurora but hate the rude employees/ owner there, so I go out of my way to patronize this one instead. Ryan and Bob are the best. It’s always clean, veggies are fresh and above all, they have awesome customer service skills and great attitudes. They deserve a raise Thank you!

I do not know the gentleman’s name that works afternoons and evenings, but phenomenal attention to quality, outstanding service, and great attitude. I come here weekly with my son and have never once had anything in the slightest to complain about. If this man isn’t the franchise owner, he should be. Give this man a huge raise as he, himself is the sole reason I keep coming back

This was the 2nd subway we hit. Both claim they no longer have shredded mozzarella cheese. However we now carry fresh. Well that’s fine but when you have an 8 sub order it’s crazy. An extra $24 for cheese we have been getting for years. Then that attitude of they dark hair girl. Slamming bread trays. This will be the last $98 sub order. Pizza places are cheaper

Tried ordering online & our card kept getting declined. Kept trying & we were charged 4 times without confirmation of our order. Attempted to call but their phone does not work, so we went to the store to get it sorted out. We were told we have to dispute the charges with the bank instead of getting a refund. After that we stated to the girl behind the counter we still wanted to order, but she walked away and started taking care of the person who came in after us, so we left and went to Leo’s Pizza across the street. Would recommend the pizza over Subway after that braindead encounter

Terrible customer service. I signed up for the online application. Tried 2 times both times my subs were not even started when we got there. So the application was a wasted step. Today ( good friday) they sent me a coupon on my email for buy one get one free. When we got there we ordered our subs ( 4 in all ). As I was ready to pay I showed the female ( sorry I didn’t get her name. There was a man and a woman working that we could see) and she said that I had to use the app. I asked her what difference it made and reminded her of how my last 2 visits went with the internet and her answer got even snottier. She quoted me how the offer went like I was a second grader. So we left without there subs and went to Leo’s Pizza across the street. Their subs were as good or better and when I told the clerk there the story she said that they wanted my business and offered me a free sub with my order. So if you are on Rt 20 in Orchard Park/ West Seneca stop across the street for your subs. They already put the pizza place that was next to Subway out of business I will be sending them my sub business from now on.

So as you may have realized, Subway has s introduced a new menu. It has broken things down into the old standbys like BMT, and then chicken, steak, Italian, and the clubs. But is it really a new menu? Not really. I remember you could ask for the other meats that were on the menu to be added to any sub you wanted. It is just now they’ve made selections with these combos available for you. So, Subway’s pretty much still the same. They have four or six different breads, different cold cuts, four different cheeses, and then about a dozen different vegetables you can put on the sub. You get it toasted or not. You can have one of several dressings, oil and vinegar, etc., if you want. But the bottom line is, it’s not that bad a sandwich. I’ve heard people say the bread is spongy or too soft, it should be harder roll. I’ve heard others say, it’s just perfect. I will say, I’m glad years ago they made the decision to quit slicing the bread in the V shape. Then they’re trying to sandwich everything into the pocket with a little sliver of bread to told it together. (Do you remember that? I started eating Subways in 1973. Check it out.) I know I can get a sandwich with the things I’d like to have in the sandwich, when I want it. It ain’t perfect, but it’s 4 out of 5 close Thank you Subway.

Had lunch here with a man who had disabilities. Felt unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Staff ignored us for a solid 5 minutes, then became annoyed with my friend as he had a hard time concentrating on ordering. Finally the staff who seemed to be the senior employee screamed at my friend after he supposedly made a face at him. Absolutely uncalled for behavior. Will not be returning. Think twice about bringing someone with disabilities here.
