Today I went to the subway in Southgate Plaza in West Seneca NY and had the pleasure of working with Lee. He was an absolute delight and he took the time to not only make me feel welcome, but to also made some amazing recommendations. I told him I was gluten sensitive and he have me recommended salad bowl options and he was sure to wash his hands and change his gloves before serving me! He was an amazing worker and truly makes the customers feel at home ☺️ He deserves a big raise ❤️

I use to work for various Subways in Amherst, the McKinley mall, and downtown. This is the nicest Subway I have ever been, hands down. Updated, clean, and inviting. I said the roll looked burnt – they had the burnt side facing away from me. They said no, its just crispy and wrapped them quick and put them in my bag. 3 out of 4 subs burnt like this. Pretty ridiculous, bet they wouldnt eat a sub like this.

I love this Subway! The Employees are so nice & fun to chat, with. I’ve been stopping in quite a bit since working in the plaza & the two employees, Jessica & another lady know my order & exactly how I like everything. Amazing service!! Love those ladies

Don’t leave reviews often but felt compelled to as a former worker in the industry. My experience at this location has always been great but the two woman working today were absolutely off the charts with their work effort. Juggling take out orders and taking care of the customers in a timely fashion while still being attentive to the sandwhich making. To boot, extremely polite and engaging at the same time. I was really impressed. These two specifically were wayyy above and beyond! Kudos!!

These folks do not respect online order pick up times, be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes for your order to be ready, even though you had it set for a predetermined time, AND they’ll mark it as ready in the app even though “you just walked in the door so we haven’t started making it yet” with a snarky attitude to boot. Guy behind the counter deserves all the stress he gets working in that chaos he creates! Do yourself a favor and go to the Ridge location where they have your order ready every time without trouble
