Ordered from here on DoorDash only cause my car is broken down at the moment. Received a burnt hard roll with meat and cheese so chewy I couldn’t eat it at all. Didn’t answer even after I called three times. Would not recommend.

I order here all the time and have never had an issue. Always friendly clean staff is great. Will eat there again. I work in food service sometimes the food distributor get crap produce from where it gets packaged from so it is out of the their control with how the produce looks.

Placed an order on the app. Had it delivered and most of my order was missing. The sandwiches cost half of the meal which we got but the other half, we never got. When I called they were super rude to me. I shouldn’t have to call 6 times for them to answer and then have them tell me that I was in the wrong for using “cheap” services. I used their app. I used it because I thought it would be better service. It wasn’t. I won’t go back here and or order here ever again

The employees are very rude and aren’t properly trained. I get the BLT sub everytime I go to any subway. So I am aware of how much bacon is used WHEN ITS THE MAIN MEAT. NOT A TOPPING !!! I got extra bacon BLT and was given 3 pieces of bacon for my entire sub. (I get halves) you get like 6 for an un-extra baconed BLT. When I said I asked and paid for extra bacon I was told to leave because that’s what I was given. That extra bacon means only one more slice. When in reality she didn’t even give me enough regular amount for a general BLT sub. When bacon IS THE PROTEIN you don’t only get 2 single slices of bacon.

MORE UPDATES:Check your receipts! The guy is charging Titan price for regular sub! He refuses coupons for a lot of choices. They’ve been so rude in the past but became slightly friendlier but not by much. I work at this Walmart and this is the common experience. ‍♀️

Went against my better judgement. He’s wishing I said no because he’s been sick (GI issues-I’ll spare the details). They intentionally keep the hood up to cover the meat section so you can’t see what you’re getting and how much (they skimp). And the lettuce..eeeww. I wish we didn’t go there to eat!! My son won’t want his Subway for a good while after this experience. What possessed me to think they’ve gotten any better? They’ve gotten WORSE! Beware of this place!

I’ve patronized this location for years and have seen a dramatic change in the freshness of the food, a decrease in quantity for the same price and the nasty attitude of the owners (other workers are good). The lettuce is nearly rotten and this is not just a one off occasion. She has no problem serving it to customers! She keeps the hood up so you can’t see that she’s using way less turkey on your sub-take it apart for proof! And they will at times refuse to accept any coupons. This used to be my fave location but I will not return again. If you decide to try it, just say a prayer you don’t get food poisoning. ‍♀️

Terrible experience!!
I had 3 $2.00 rewards that expired that night. My husband and I ordered protein bowls and after my husband’s bowl was done I noticed the lettuce was completely brown! I told her that and she proceeded to get a huge bag of fresh lettuce and put a very small amount in my bowl and kept all the brown lettuce in the bowl! I was shocked and she didn’t even apologize and I felt it was a bother and I had to tell her I appreciated it. Of course, she didn’t touch or throw out the lettuce in my husband’s bowl! I am not a picky person, but that was unacceptable especially for a place that advertises FRESH food! To make matters worse, the 3 $2.00 rewards were not taken off our bill which we told her about. She supposedly put the $6.00 back on card, but it never showed up on our bank account. Shame on the manager there! I could have made a big stink about it, but I didn’t want to make a scene! Unless the manager makes this right, we will never go to this location again!
