Some employees are great – unfortunately it seems like they are spread thin and training people who don’t want to be there, or just can’t hear what anyone says. My sandwich has been made incorrectly the past two times I was there, while I was actively telling the person not to put on there what they were putting on. This isn’t a case of “they didn’t understand” but “they aren’t listening and don’t care.” I’ll travel 15 min out of my way from now on to avoid this subway.

On September 21st 2025 at 10:30pm, the female manager Becky that was closing started swearing at me and then threatening me with her husband that’s a convicted felon when confronted about her behavior telling me that he’ll fight me as he’s been trying to fight people in the community as what the Google reviews say on Joe’s Kwik Mart page. Her husband Chris that also works at that location showed up and tried to attack me while I was in line waiting for a receipt as she was getting picked up from work and then Becky the manager told me she spit in the food she made me in the past as I was leaving. I’m sure the NYS health department would love to be notified especially with her not wearing gloves or using her phone while working and then not washing her hands after while making food as I’ve seen it several times along with other reviews from people about how they don’t use gloves. Very unprofessional and unsanitary

Becky the store manager was absolutely amazing. We came in at a late time before close and Becky still delivered exceptional customer service even though she worked a very long shift. She engaged in active conversation and went above and beyond any of our expectations. Thank you and we appreciate the service you provided.

So, I just stopped into this location and the 2 older ladies working are sitting on the table in their visible back area having a conversation and playing on their phones. I walk up to the counter, they see me, and continue their conversation. Must have been something good. I stand their for 2 minutes and they still both see me and no “hello” or “what can I help you with.” Finally one of the ladies starts to grab for the gloves on the while, no hand washing, still talking, no urgency (I’m in lunch break) and I finally just walk away and go about my business. I wish this location would close down and put something there that has good service because over the years the service has gone down. They don’t wash their hands, don’t acknowledge the customer. Put a business there that will serve good quality food.

I really enjoy subway subs but I’m over the incompetence of one of their employees I always order either a 12 in or 6 in home run ham lettuce and pickle and a very very very small amount of sweet onion sauce and this same girl every time absolutely covers my sub in sauce to the point I can’t finish it cause it’s leaking all over the place and all I can taste is the sauce and it’s gross when it’s that over powering

I stopped in at noon today. There was only one employee present. Rich was his name. I asked him if all of his help had called in on him, he said that they had. Rich didn’t seem very pleased, (can you blame him?) but he kept on cranking out the sandwiches and taking care of customers. All by himself.
I’m not sure what events lead to Rich’s help not showing up, but whatever management runs this store should have stepped in to pick up the slack.

Ordered a toasted teriyaki sub with 2 cookies, when I had picked up the sub the cookies weren’t in the bag, the girl apologized explaining it was a shift change, no big deal. Got to work, took a bite from my sub, was not toasted and the chicken was ice cold, clear that it was never heated up like all locations usually do. Took two bites and threw the whole sub out. The worst experience from a subway so far. Thankfully I have my 2 cookies to last through my 14 hr shift.
