My little guy’s school orders subway each week – this week, his envelope was left in his bookbag. My husband and I rushed to Subway with the idea to order his lunch for tomorrow so he would not miss out. The employee at the window at about 6:35pm recognized the form. She offered to put the form on the desk for the subs to be made tomorrow and delivered to the school. We didn’t realize this was the subway they go thru and greatly appreciate this employee for being so nice, so caring and so amazing.

I ordered online for pickup. I ordered at 8:05 pm. It said it would be done by 8:30. I got there at 8:55 pm place was empty. Two young girls were in there doing nothing and my food wasn’t even made yet. Sure I got fresh food, but having to wait made me late for work. Hire people who are going to take their job seriously. A bunch of bad reviews means changes need to be made to your establishment.

I have to say, two of the best ladies I have seen in there. Both friendly, aware of the menu, suggestive selling without being pushy. On top of that, our subs were made perfectly. I couldn’t ask for anything more unless it is to have my peanut butter cookies back, but the raspberry filled the slot. Great job girls. I will be back!!

Kicker is when I called to dispute, they were arguing with me about the subs. Not even offer to redo the subs and etc.
No costumer service and when asked to speak with a manager they told me I could speak with one on Monday…

My daughter and I ordered 2 subs tonight.
Both our bread were burnt so bad that that’s all you could taste .
Normally we use the ones on West Main St and they are awesome.
I will never go back to this one.
