Just tried to get lunch there. The manager and employee were arguing over personal space. The manager yelled at the employee and walked out. The employee who is new was having a panic attack while trying to make subs. I was there for 30 minutes and line didn’t move once. Not a very profesional thing to do with a store full of customers. Manager will also smoke outside the front door and not wash her hands before making the subs.

Well, I stopped in for dinner. No cars in lot, and nobody inside the store. Saw one girl employee on the customer side of the counter. Four minutes later and the employee on my side of counter still didn’t acknowledge me, and I saw or hear no one else, I decided that they didn’t want my business and I left. Thanks for nothing.

Michelle was working amazingly under pressure today during rush hour at lunch, all by herself. She is amazing at her job! She handled herself professionally when confronted with a rude customer who threatened to have her fired because his sandwich wasn’t ready, despite there being several orders ahead of his. Multiple customers attested to Michelle’s amazing work ethic and professionalism!

Michelle is incredibly professional and works hard at her job. A dude in an neon orange shirt came in and started yelling at her for not having his food ready while she still had others ahead of him. She remained professional throughout the whole ordeal. He made unkind remarks, left in a rage, then returned a few minutes later saying things like “Don’t you know people work?” And “I want to call your boss”. Everyone in the store stood up for her, as we all witnessed her trying her hardest. He folded as soon as the pressure was on him to leave her alone. He said “That’s why you work at subway” and “I’m gonna get you fired for sure” and stormed out once again.
Michelle was amazing, she did everything she could and was apologetic towards us for the wait.

Genuinely the worst subway location in the 607. Greeted by a nasty old lady telling me my sub won’t be made after it was ordered 30 minutes prior due to a line out the door. Refused to give me the franchise owners contact information to refund my order as I was on lunch and could not wait 45 minutes. Awful location
