This is literally the worst run Subway in the area.
On a regular basis I go in there and stand completely alone waiting for an employee to come out of the bathroom or notice I’m even there. There are times I could totally make my own sandwich and leave. They NEVER have sandwich items and have THE worst attitudes about doing their jobs. I just waited over 12 minutes to be seen only to be told AGAIN they did not have the items (meatballs) for my order. How does this place run like this?

I never EVER put reviews even if I have a bad experience which I have had at this store before and they have corrected it so there was no need to post. But today I went in and there was 1 person working by themselves on their 2nd day. Had a long line and out of multiple products. Wasn’t able to get anything due to me being on my work lunch and needing to get back to work and the worker tried to make the sub and salad quickly but being new and on his own burned the sub and made a mistake on my salad. If I had more time I would’ve stayed to let him correct it he was very apologetic but I had no time to wait any longer. It’s not fair to leave a brand new employee by themselves during a dinner rush and no product if there was a second person there I would have been able to be helped and actually got food instead of bringing my money elsewhere and ordering delivery.

This store had A sign advertising student special. Certain 6 in. With 2 cookies or chips and a 21 oz drink for $4.99. I said I’ll take that. Manager said the offer is only good for high schoolers. I was refused from getting the offer. There were no stipulations or restrictions on sale meal.

This was a top notch subway for a while, but it’s gone down hill lately. Service is friendly still, but super slow. The veggies are rarely fresh anymore. Most likely won’t be back anytime soon.

Guy that works here will have an empty shop and sit around when it’s empty but the moment you walk in he’s busy sweeping or something. Oven down 3/4 times I’ve been there, quality of service is equal to that of a gas station donut shop.

Place was clean, well stocked, and smelled delicious. The service was quick and they got everything right. I especially lpve the fact that the staff treat me like a person not just another transaction.

The one in Washington Ave has been closed for what feels like a while now, but they don’t have that listed on their site page. It makes it troublesome for people who check to make sure it’s open and make the trip, only to find a table outside blocking the door and a small sign you can barely see up saying it’s closed for remodeling.
