Apparently if your name is known around here you get the app deals in person. Other than that looks like the manager does nothing but sit there and complain. If you work for a school you should be able to get that app deal in person when you’re not suppose to get it like we were told

Canadian here, came to Ogdensburg to get some food shopping done. I felt hungry and decided to stop in at a familiar chain, subway. Well, the lady behind the counter was a bit rude, but was patient when I didn’t realize there were some differences between US and Canadian Subways. The food was fresh enough, although looking a bit “end of day”. But the way the sandwiches were made was absolutely awful. Both my mom’s and my meals dripped horribly with, I’m hoping, sauce or something. It was incredibly messy and required so many napkins. But I think the absolute worst was that I was somehow charged $30 US for two flatbread sandwiches and two bottled soft drinks (Coke). It wasn’t until I was back in the car that I realized the price was waaaaaaaay more than it should have been. Even in Canada, with higher prices, I was never charged that much for similar items in Canadian Subways, so to be charged that much in the US, I smell a scam. Canadians beware of this place! There are unscrupulous employees working there who seem to take advantage of us. And don’t bother with the Tim Hortons next door, they were surprisingly very rude just to inform us that there was not a snack.

They did not care about the sandwich or what we asked for. They put half a bottle of mayonnaise on my wife’s sub when she asked for only a little. She asked them to remove some of the mayo and they did not. Just poor customer service. Employees that don’t care and don’t want to be there.

The food was great! Subs fresh and made to perfection by staff. I enjoy coming to this location with hungry teenagers. Clean inside including bathrooms.

We were here for a late lunch. This place had friendly service and fresh ingredients. The specials were also very good! Having a Tim Hortons next door was also a nice touch.

Protein bowls are fresh and generous. The staff are helpful and sooo friendly. This subway is clean, the tables wiped off after each customers.
