Lesa is the name on her tag and it also said she was the manager. When I walked in today to get a half of a turkey sub she gave me a dirty look, took 5 min before she waited on me then when she was ready to wait on me she just looked at me and didn’t speak a word. There were no other customers besides me so it wasn’t like she was busy tending to other people. She didn’t speak one word to me the entire interaction. I found it very rude and unprofessional. Also the veggies looked so old. I didn’t even get tomatoes because they were green!

The employee is very nasty and unprofessional , ordered on line at 2:30 for a four pm pick up she cancelled my order because the don’t toast there, asked why she didn’t call me to tell me said she didn’t get around to it WOW twice now I have tried to get a sub there and twice there was problem ….. The last few months every time we go in & try to order or order online they are always out of bread. For a business that makes their own bread its crazy they are running out 2hrs befor closing time every week… its disappointing as the food is normally good if u can get it…

They gross they are not fresh at all and when you ask them to change to fresher that look at you and argue with you. The are skimpy on there meat too. They peel there ham apart so you can see your finger through the slice of ham. Some not all are so rude. Oh did I say about the salami slice have grayish color and still serving it today.

Cross contamination was absolutely terrible. Stuff wound up in our sandwich we didn’t ask for. Severely understaffed as well. Expect to wait for your food.
