This location was easy to find and clean when I walked in. It smelled like fresh bread and the chips were stocked, and a soda cooler as well if you should not want a fountain style. All the meats looked great, toppings were fresh looking too. Great location.

Person who made the sub doesn’t know how to follow pickup instructions. My daughter ordered her order and she asked for it to be toasted with just the meat cheese and bread and it looks like they just toasted the meat and cheese. They even wrote a note on the receipt trying to fix her grammar when her grammar was correct. We will not be going back to this Subway. The sub was slimy and untoasted, so she couldn’t eat it. Trash it went. Next time they should call if they have questions.

It’s definitely a Subway! The worker behind the counter was cool he made our sandwiches with love and even gave me a free cookie the soda machine was down but that didn’t get me down just grabbed a soda from the cooler. How could the day be a bad day when eating subway in the car with three days grace blasting on the radio

The sandwich I ordered was bland and lacked freshness, with wilted vegetables and stale bread. The overall taste was underwhelming, making it clear that the ingredients were not up to par. Additionally, the customer service was abysmal. The staff members were unfriendly and inattentive, displaying a lack of professionalism that further detracted from the dining experience. Overall, my visit to Subway was a regrettable one, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying meal accompanied by good service.

Only down side was all the construction materials in the dining area. I’ve been a few times since covid and dining areas always seem to be not welcoming as chairs were always up. This time, the construction materials made me feel like i needed to leave. Employee however was amazing. Sports names for sandwiches makes it feel like you only want certain demographics to come in.

Been here twice and the employees are so quiet I can’t hear them, and they barely put anything inside the sub.
Edit- family member stopped here to surprise me with a sub and multiple subs had the wrong cheese.

I placed an online order, i arrived 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, it was not ready. They made the order. Lucinda the manager did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. I asked for a discount and she immediately got defensive and told me she had other customers that she had In front of me. When I arrived there was only one other customer in line. I accepted a full refund. I contacted their customer service and received a response from Lee, he told me I “need to make a better informed decision when ordering online.” Again no apology was offered by Lee for the inconvenience. Seems to me that Subway does not care about the experience of its customers. No wonder they have closed so many shops
