I came in around 4:40pm and the lady that was working told me it would be a 45 min wait because she had 20 online orders and it was only her. I was like okay cool no problem. Sat there for that amount of time. She was playing on her phone the whole time and didn’t do any orders whatsoever. She refused to do my order. All she did was complain about how she wasn’t working until 8pm with whoever she was on the phone with. Terrible service! Couldn’t even get an order of food! I’m very disappointed!

I may change this if they shape up. But the whole store is torn apart (literally), drink machine is down which we weren’t told until after our subs were made. There are close to zero drink choices in bottles. The sandwich maker threw my meat on all wrinkled (salami and pepperoni) which isn’t a huge deal but it’s just incorrect. She also just kept complaining about how her manager didn’t order things so that’s why they were out of cookies and bottled drinks. It is a complete disaster right now. Just close the store if you’re under construction and don’t have much to offer.

Absolutely horrible experience and it’s sad because I go here alot. A girl named Nichole who has been working here for a bit now is just horrible. She continues to just talk and not focus on making subs. Also she treats the other younger guy who was working with her like trash. Calling him out on things as he is trying to keep up with the line of ppl in here. You can just tell the work atmosphere between the 2 is a horrible by the body language. Will not be coming in here when she is working anymore.

What the heck happened with here? I’ve never seen that place so dirty in all the years I’ve gone there!!! Why can’t you see the sliced meat containers??? Why hide the meat side??Lastly I’ve never seen anyone slice to order meats for mine, and any other subs. (Thought that was the new slogan for subway) Sliced to order doesn’t exist there!!!!

I couldn’t find the sub my kid always likes online or on the app, so I called to ask. Not only did they say they could make it, they took my order right then, and it was ready within 10 minutes. Love the friendly and accommodating staff, and made my kid’s day! They did a great job making it; he said it was delicious!

not only can they not get your online order right in the first place. as in forget stuff, great send my fiancee back and get it….than they dont know how to make a salad with light dressing, or my paid for extra toppings!!!!. and when you call they can’t fix the problem themselves I have to physically go in the next day between specific times to speak to a manager.

I love subway. They’re out of some supplies, but they have signs up. It’s not their fault. I’m easy going, so I just ordered something from what they did have. It was good. The ladies that were working, were great

Very rude customer service. I was TOLD I have to have a mask, when i said i dont have one, the kid behind the counter state i have to leave and cant be served. Little FYI New York Senate took the Executive Power away from Cuomo and never gave it back to want a be acting governor.

BUT it wasn’t busy. He had the floors clean he said the person before him didn’t do the prep for him. So nice and kind. I gave him a tip. HE IS AN ASSCETT TO YOUR COMPANY.
