I would recommend watching them make your order and not getting it through the app because I just ordered a blt with extra bacon and cheese and not only did I not get extra bacon but I only got a little bit of bacon on only HALF of my sub but also not a piece of cheese to be seen. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going to this subway again after wasting all that money

Joe the subway manager there is on point on jow to treat a customer and the level of calm and respect he has for his job clearly shows he is giving jis best performance while working. Not only is he polite , nit on plotting of asking how the sub should be made. I really think he deserves to be recommended by the company for a raise or some sort of step up from where he is at. Joe ( the subway manager) from this location is why I still keep coming back.

I placed an order for pickup through my subway app, I pickup my order (3 subs)- ordered them all turkey, they put ham on one of them. When called to talk to staff was told I need to come back for a remake, so they mess up and I am the one to be inconvenienced for their stupidity? Makes sense… looks like corporate will hear from me.

Only because I had to give a start to review. Ilion ny subway is the worst. I can order anywhere on the east coast and they get it right. 2 miles away from and the kids they have working for them feel entitled. Called to let them know I received the wrong order and they hang up. Called back to be berated by the so called “manager” who also hung up. Called cliffs and the lady tried saying I yelled at her!! lol. By saying my order is wrong is yelling??? Worst subway on the whole east coast. Also when a person doesn’t order cheese on their sub and orders regular Italian bread is a good indication they can’t have cheese. ( somehow got Italian herbs and cheese bread and extra cheese on the nachos) not to mention I paid only 75 cents for extra chicken but my kids only found 2 pieces of the chicken total on the footlong. (34 year old child did acknowledge she made a mistake but never offered to fix it)

No swiss cheese, out of golden Italian dressing, my roll was hard and stale. The staff are grumpy at best. This place has gone down hill fast! If you work in public service and you don’t like people, get out of public service!

Got a chicken bacon ranch. Asked for it toasted. Opened sandwich and the cheese wasnt even melted. Not toasted at all.

Subway makes great Subs but they’re getting a little cheap on their meats. they only do 4 slices of meat per meat that goes in instead of six what they used to do and they charged a ridiculous price for adding extras. We wound up paying $12 for a sub that had three meats in it. Besides the cheapness of these Subs the workers there were amazing… very courteous and kind happy and joking with the customers. I kept us all happy while we waited in line. It will bring me back again for a cheap sub.
