I ordered on the subway app at 10 am today and the ETA was listed as 10:15. I showed up at 10:15 and the employee put the break sign up and left. I understand breaks are needed but it would be good to include this in the ETA in the app because my train is arriving shortly and I am unsure of when the food will be ready.

First of all, the woman working the counter was abrasive and not welcoming. She seemed annoyed that I had that audacity to ask for her attention.
When she finally acknowledged me, she couldn’t be bothered to walk over to me. When I asked her for a cup for tap water, she said “we don’t do water cups”, and when I asked her to purchase a cup she told me I’d have to buy a soda.
I will make sure to never buy food from subway ever again. This is disgusting

I came to this location this evening and the worker there was the nicest. We had an amazing conversation she was so pleasant and attended us with the best service possible. Everything was super hygienic, she made sure she gave me fresh meat and the best sandwich possible. I unfortunately didint get her name but 10/10 love and would recommend !! Shoutout to her!

Walked in with 15 minutes to spare to a dead subway and someone checking out a soup, the lady who everyone else here seems to be mentioning mumbled something to me after I say I need to move some money around and promptly disappears into the walk in for about 5 minutes. She pokes her head out and goes “I saaaid it’ll be a couple minutes” and I will admit I was slightly short back, though I don’t think she heard me which I’ll take as a win for me
Point being though, that I could’ve spent $0 to end up $5 closer to where I was going by uber from there by not getting off at the RTC, but I got off my centro there because I felt like subway. I was turned off of the store after that experience, saw others ordering after me but I honestly didn’t want to deal with it and just walked out. Seeing reviews from when people did get served make me glad I went to the corner store for a hot pocket instead.
Tl;dr, extra $5 and 15 minutes to not get subway, blessing in disguise deciding not to order food

I was the assistant manager at the first subway to open in walmart in Ohio. As a vegiterian, I used to love Subway until today. I’m waiting on a bus to get to my next job and see a subway here at the syracuse Grey Hound bus station.
I got a veggie delight. And will never do subway again.
You get 6 olives, 6 pickles, 3 fingers of lettuce, NO cheese, no crackers, and I can respect no bags because it is plastic. The cost for nothing is $8.00.
Along with a bunch of nothing that ends up being a veggie delight, you get a very rude woman who shows you a card to justify her not adding extra black olives when I asked for them.
SUBWAY, soon another company will make you remember what your original goal was when you started so long ago.
Let your families and all you love experience the same lack of love and kindness you offer to the people. Be it health, public, or in all things you do. Greed is its own poison

they are always rude and do not like to do their job. one woman thinks they have to adhere to the menu to a T and will not give you the option to customize the sub. The other woman, states subway doesn’t offer extra toppings. If there was a different fresh food place in the center, nobody would even consider this place. they are terribly rude and really should rebrand.

Since I arrived at the bus station, it was very quiet and there were almost no customers. My bus was late, so I went to the counter, but the lady there was extremely rude. She said she was on a 15-minute break, but the entire time she wasn’t doing anything. I was already very hungry, and even after more than 15 minutes, the “on break” sign was still on the counter. If I were the owner, I would be worried & this kind of service will ruin your business. This happened on December 2, 2025 at around 12:20 noon. If you’re the owner reading this, please know your business is suffering.

Subway employee refused to serve me a sandwich. She literally walked away from behind the counter. White woman with dentures problem. I’m not happy with the customer service that I received from this worker. Time 2:00 pm November 11th, 2024. Very bad. Not friendly and kept arguing with me as to what Subway does not do. I have purchase from Subway all over the world and have never encountered such disgraceful customer service from a worker at Subway franchise before in my life. I guest there is a first time for everything. I do not recommend anyone patronize this particular SUBWAY at the Greyhound Bus terminal in Syracuse, New York. She even stated that they do not do anything for Veterans or our military service personal on Veterans Day. Wow. Bad news all over. Just bad customer service.

Does subway not allow customizations anymore? The lady insisted that I had to order the menu sandwich exactly how it appears on there without any changes or customization. She wouldn’t even let me change the sauce or add veggies. She was so rude and abrasive.
