My partner ordered through the app. I arrived and didn’t see my order so I sat down because the employee was helping another customer. That’s fine, I could wait. The front line was a mess. Lids left off and foods were contaminated with other foods. The line was horrendous looking. The glass was disgusting. Everything was just dirty and unkempt. I asked the employee if he was having a rough day. He was and was the only employee on. While making my sub, he pulled a piece of turkey off and informed me there was a hair and asked me if I wanted him to remake the sub. I told him no (I was already grossed out). While my subs were in the toaster, the employee went in the back and blew his nose without washing his hands. I could see the sink from where I was standing. He came out passing another sink and put gloves on and continued with the food. Gross. He wrapped up the subs and asked if I was delivering DoorDash. I told him that no. The subs were for me. Then, when I was about to leave, he was helping another customer and told them he had to get new lettuce because it was rotten. He said the shift the night before never prepped new lettuce. (It was 5PM. You didn’t notice the lettuce was bad during shift change?) I get home, and wanted to see how bad the subs looked. Yup. Soggy, brownish lettuce and sandwiches FULL of mayonnaise. I hadn’t had any intentions of eating these subs because the store was disgusting. The bad lettuce solidified it for me . The employee was nice but it seemed like he just didn’t care. We’re in the process of trying to get a refund since the subs were inedible.

The service depends on the worker if they are even open! Yes I’m serious this is the most disappointing subway… the ceiling above where food is made has dust and dirt caked on and falling off especially the sprinkler . The veggies are half wilted the lettuce mostly brown if the even have it, they are constantly running out and won’t store use from Walmart produce.. oh and the soda machine is normally iceless and if you try to put your phone number in that also doesn’t work .. come on yall get better customer service clean up your store and the glass we look through to see what there is and please for goodness sake’s clean the ceiling I know Walmart employees told yall about the dirty ceiling floors tables and pick up stands over a week ago

Disappointed with the $13 sub I got. Roll was dry & crumbling. They were out if ham, so I chose roast beef. Very little meat in this sub. I usually save 1/2 for the next day, but it was so dry, I just ate the meat & toppings.

I have ordered several times from this Subway inside Walmart in fulton NY. I figured the first time was a fluke but time after time they keep screwing up my order. I had enough and switched to another subway across the river one that can read and work. Its so pathetic that the one in Walmart can’t read a simple recipe from doordash and get the order right.
Ill never go back to this store and I make sure I spread the word to others. With the amount of money I spend at one time and how often I go that they can’t get the orfer right. Forgive me for my spelling or my grammar, its just im frustrated with the incompetence of this store. Yet they think they deserve more than minimum wage yet they can’t read.

This place is ridiculous. It’s pointless ordering off the app, I have done so dozens of times and they never have it made when I go to get it, even when I go after the pick up time listed. I’ve told them I paid for extra things on the app just to have them not give me what I have paid extra for. Your better off going in person if you want to order so you can actually watch what they are doing with your food

Place an order online for pick up. When I got there 20minutes later the 2 subs weren’t even started and there was no line. When I got to the counter I asked if my 2 subs I ordered 20mins ago were ready and the lady started giving me attitude so I started giving it back to her. Then the person continued to tell other customers she didn’t take her bipolar meds and when I came in giving her attitude so she is mad. Very unprofessional.

Waited in line for 15-20 minutes for her to come back and tell me “she’ll be right with me” while no one else was in line. I continued to wait another 5 minutes for her to either make an order or make someone else food I honestly have no idea what she was doing. I always wait a ridiculous amount of time at this location, put a monitor outback so you can see when people walk up. Not that hard. Absolutely ridiculous.

We all walked away. The girl kept sweeping. The boy was on the phone with someone and the girl said, “sorry somethings going on in the back ” AKA, you’re not important. The boy was working hard and she was barely working! I’ll never return to SubWay if they’re working every again.

Meatball marinara. Lacked sauce, bread was burnt, no cheese at all. Worst sub I’ve had from Subway
Black forest was heavily toasted when we never asked for it to be toasted.
The churro tasted like it had freezer burn and 0 flavor.
Foot long cookie was ok
