Just sat here and waited until after 9:06 to watch a lady count her drawer down…. I get it your running a little behind but let the customer know as soon as I walked to my car she came around to unlock the door…. Common courtesy would have been to tell me that from the beginning…. Now the person in me that gets upset feel that I have been discriminated against because of my color… sometimes it just takes a little reassurance and people wouldn’t feel this way especially in the world that we live in today…it’s just sad….

I got some food at the subway because im a truck driver my semi broke down and I had to wait on my drive leader to tell me what to do because my truck was 4 miles away I was getting a hotel room so I waited in the subway till I got the ok from my driver leader. I sat there for a while and charged my phone probably 3 hours which is quite a bit but nothing bad that I was doing I even bought a meal and a drink to be a customer. Well after a while the two employees that were there vanished to the back for a minute then this lady came in I went to use the bathroom and sat back down well before I sat down the worker was talking to the lady that walked in then ran to the back then the lady came up to me and said she was the district manager and I need to leave and I said why and she said no one sits in a subway for 3 hrs her employees feel uncomfortable and im not allowed to charge my phone because it’s a liability if something happens to me so I said what did do to make them feel uncomfortable and she was like you have to leave you cant sit here I was like even after buying food I was like what if I bought more food or what if I was having a business meeting and I said over never heard of any restraint saying I cant charge my phone thats what the outlet are here for she said o you have to go you just hit out of the hospital and we dint feel safe so I called all three of them weird because I felt I didn’t do anything wrong I even offered to buy more food she was like im asking you politely to leave which I said I am but im letting you guys know you’ll are weird because I did not hurt anybody and was customer moral of the story the food was good but the customer service here I felt was just a little unwelcoming I don’t know if it was because I’m spanish or maybe they considered what I did loitering buy I didn’t hurt no one and was a customer if you want a good bite cool to stop and eat but dint stay I think I was profiled to be honest because over never been kicked out of a store for charging my phone and talking on it while eating food what if I wanted a safe haven for my buisness I dint know if they were so scared of me why do they work in tha business because I did not come off threatening.

A veggie sub was order, picked up and delivered…missing mayo, oil, pickle, cucumbers, peppers, hot peppers, etc. I asked for it to be remade, correctly and delivered. Same thing again…I called and asked for a Manager and got an assistant manager. I attempted to discuss my complaint and she hung up on me. I tried calling back a couple times, no answer! Never again!

Got 3 subs for pickup and 2 of them were disgusting and soggy. Upon calling we were told that we would have to drive back and give them the subs to get a refund or have new subs made. Don’t want to go back out now so we will have to wait for the district manager to call us to try and get anywhere.

Not sure what happened to make this place start going downhill, but I miss the two fun colored haired ladies that would open almost every single day, they always had the brightest smiles and would make me feel welcomed, this new one with the headband has a fake happy attitude and always seems frustrated when making a sandwich and can’t keep up with the speed they look like they’re closing down with the limited drink options and chip options running out too, I’ll gladly return back when I know my two favorite sandwich makers are back

I had a really frustrating experience at this location. There were only two employees working when I walked in. One of them started making my sandwich without asking what kind of meat I wanted. She assumed I said “steak” — which I absolutely did not — and when I politely told her that I never eat steak, she sighed loudly, put everything down, and walked into the back without saying a word. I was left standing there completely stunned.

The second employee stepped in to help and asked what meat I wanted. I said “chicken toasted.” When it came out of the toaster, I realized she had used a different kind of bread than I would’ve chosen. She also hadn’t asked me what bread I wanted. I didn’t say anything because I felt uncomfortable and didn’t want more tension.

When she added the vegetables, she did it roughly and without care. The whole experience felt rushed and disrespectful. I ended up spending nearly $15 on something I didn’t even want, and I left feeling upset.

For identification purposes, both employees appeared to be a lot on the heavier side, and one had very short hair. Not very attractive at all. I don’t know their names, but I hope management is able to look into who was working during that shift.

I’d really like to speak with a manager about this experience. It was unprofessional and disappointing

Awful. Ordered three footlong sandwiches. Used a promotion where I bought a drink and a footlong, and I got another footlong free.

So I paid for two sandwiches and a drink.

Ordered it online, picked it up and went home. Upon unwrapping the sandwiches, it was clear that they were not edible. The bread was dangerously undercooked. Parts of the bread were still doughy.

Two of the three sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. If the employees actually toasted them, you couldn’t tell. With the bread being so poorly baked, it is possible that they were toasted, but again, under penalty of death, I’m telling you, no toasting was evident.

I tried calling 8-10 times, you get no one.

I drove back and explained the situation to the young man that handed me the sandwiches originally, and he apologized and blamed an earlier shift for the poorly baked bread.

Look, I get it, no one wants to be the one responsible. Let’s say for a moment that indeed, the poorly baked bread was the fault of the previous shift. The problem I still have with the young man I was dealing with is that he (or his associate) made not one, but THREE sandwiches with this obviously defective bread.

He went out of his way to agree with me that the bread was not suitable and should never have been sold, so why did he (or his associate) make sandwiches with that bread?!

Then I was told that he could only refund the sandwiches because, you know, I filled up the drink cup before I left from the original visit.

Ok. I didn’t argue, I just said, “that’s fine.”

Never again. For the price of a fountain drink, this location has lost my business forever.

I have received some poorly constructed sandwiches from this location in the past, and a few times I’ve received sandwiches that were incorrect, differing from my online order, but I’ve always let it slide.

I’m done. This was the straw.

Extremely disappointed with my experience yesterday at this location. Hours posted opening at 9:00 am, came in a little later at 10:00 am and store was closed. Decided to try again for dinner, hours listed open until 10:00 pm. Put in an order through the app at 8:00 pm, order was voided and there was a hold on the account for the full amount of the order. We ordered dinner for 4 people. Drove over to location to see if I could resolve the issue, store was closed early. Associate noticed us there and refused to acknowledge us.

I sent a message through the website and received a response from the manager this morning. He briefly apologized but offered no resolution to the problem. I sent a message back regarding the funds that were held, which was not responded to. Then found out that not only were the funds held but they were withdrawn from the account. Tried calling store, sat on hold for about 10 minutes and got hung up on. Pretty aggravated that these people are stealing money from customers for a service they never got. Not returning to this location.

Went to pick up a wrap. Was told they only have flatbread. Ok I’ll try it. Ordered rotisserie chicken. And cheese . Got to the vegetables. They had pickles onions and banana peppers. I told the guy I wished I had known this before I ordered. At that point I felt
Obligated to purchase. My mistake. He charged me a full price of 12.41 for chicken and two slices of American cheese. I hope the owner reads this. Won’t return
