This subway is in the Auburn Plaza, parking is decent, and the shop is conveniently located at the far end. It is clean, well organized and modern looking. The food is always good quality when I go there.
The real nice part of this particular Subway is the staff tend to be long term employees who are very good at what they do. Food service is tricky, fast paced work and they always handle many customer’s at once which is impressive. They are also friendly and accommodating and it is regularly a great experience there.

Went in for lunch today. Everything looked very organized/clean and freshly put out. The woman helping us was very nice. They put a ample amount of toppings on our subs. Best subway experience I’ve had in awhile. Had been quite awhile since id been to a subway. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and my boyfriend got the subway club. They have ample parking.

Stopped in 4 a sub at 4pm on 4/25/25, got home sub roll is so hard it broke like crackers. Condiments taste sour, you won’t save money losing customers, Amazed your staff would serve this.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub tonight from this location. Took two bites of the sub, and noticed a weird sour manure like taste to the meat. Had my husband try it as well to ensure I’m not just completely insane. He spit out his bite immediately. Looked up “steak has sour taste” and according to NUMEROUS sources, the steak in my sub tonight from the Grant Ave Subway is indeed expired. Terrified of food poisoning, personally, so had to share the experience.

Ordered online today at the location on Grant Blvd Auburn NY. Used the B1G1 offer on the Subway Series menu. I ordered the Ultimate BMT while my boyfriend ordered the All Pro SOT Chicken. We requested ALL the veggies on both. When we got home to eat them, we noticed it was almost ALL bread. One thin layer of meats and hardly any veggies on it. This is the 2nd time we’ve gotten terrible subs and it’s very disappointing. This location could do much better!

I went in with a somewhat off menu request and the owner, who just happened to be there, was very accommodating in fulfilling my request. His staff was very professional, friendly and made my lunch break. After meeting the owner and his staff I would recommend this Subway with a five star endorsement.

Today I went to Subway ordered the ultimate spicy Italian the chick that made my sub put four scoops of garlic butter on it I order a whole it was the soggiest thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire life I threw the other half in the garbage and yeah I work at Walmart what a great way to start your break
