They have ample parking. Everything was fresh. I ordered a six inch tuna sub it was good. The whole store was clean. I ate inside the store. Was surprised at how many people there were and how busy it got.This location seems to get a lot of business from the hotel located across the street.

The last 2 times in the north st store I scanned my app to receive my $2 off a foot long sub and I was told it would not work because it was for online ordering I’ve been using that store for years but the employee was rude that next time I tried using the get a foot long sub for the stated reward and again I was told that it was for online ordering no where does it state that and again I was talked to by a rude employee. I’ve been using the subway app for years but because of the rude employee bad customer service I will not be going to subway anymore and that’s to bad because I have about $100 in gift cards that I will never use again

I called and there was a girl (i don’t know her name since she never said it) who came off as rude from the beginning. I wanted to cancel an order because door dash was currently unavailable and i never realized until later. When I tried talking, she kept on cutting me off and said “I can’t do this right now.” and hung up on me.

This Subway on Grant Ave is usually good, we stopped in a few nights ago and it was terrible. The sub roll was not cooked all the way. We watched the server put the subs in the toaster and they were not toasted very well. I called back and she told me she could not talk to me right now she had a line of customers. I called the North St Subway and she told me to bring it in and she would replace it, thank you so much North St for allowing me to do that. I didn’t take them up on the offer but thank you anyways..

I enjoyed the sandwiches I got but see I’m missing the capicola in the Italian sub. Not having that anymore The taste is totally different pepperoni is not the same. Very disappointed

Subway! They are usually hard-working, friendly, professional, fast, and go above and beyond with customer service. I know Subway is a franchise, but this location is a really good one. It’s my favorite Subway in Auburn, and their prices are a little lower than the one on Grant Ave.
