Wrote order on a piece of paper, and obviously the workers can not read!!!! I ordered steak and cheese. Shredded cheese and lite chipotle. Nothing else on it. I got a fully loaded sub with mayo and American cheese. Everything they offer was on it. Mine is literally simple no veggies shredded cheese and steak, chipotle sauce that is it. We drove a half hour to buy this.

Four types of sandwiches to customize, and all can be converted to a wrap (“quesadilla”) form. Several choices for drinks, chips, and cookies. Friendly staff and clean bathroom. Booths inside and picnic tables outside for dining on premises. Sufficient parking in lot out front. One high-chair available for smaller children.

I just want to say This is the best subway
I live in Vermont and I sometimes shop at the Walmart across the street and Every time we stop at subway because it’s the best one we’ve been to since subway was good. We’re originally from FL and stopped going there because they’ve all went down hill. But lack of chain restaurants up here we tried it and it was so good, everything was made perfectly and everytime since including tonight was so good. We’ve tried a couple others in Vt but apparently no one reads how you want the sandwich made. This location though has been perfect everytime and I felt like I had to post something because I know most only do reviews to complain and I just felt that these people need a Kudos.

This place is ridiculous, they’ve always had horrible attitudes when I’ve gone in or picked up food but tonight really irritated and I’ll never go there again. I have ordered online 4 times only once have I been able to just pick up my food without issue…every other time it’s I don’t have your order, there’s no order, then eventually enough complaining it’s yup we have it. Tonight after working an extremely long day I was just starving and not wanting to cook I put in an order at 415 for a protein bowl, my husband went to pick it up and arrived early. They notified my husband that there was no order for me, I called they said well if he was early maybe we just didn’t get it yet…okay. Well then he goes back after errands AN HOUR later and it’s we don’t have that order. I call…the employee says we never got the order…I responded I got confirmation and it was taken out of my account and instead of im so sorry or trying to rectify the situation it was nope don’t have the order, I can’t do anything for you and eventually the money will go back on your account. Rude, inconsiderate and maybe they shouldn’t use a online order placing program if it’s not gonna work. Was ridiculous…

Typically, when we visit here, the workers are friendly and outgoing. There are a couple of workers who know what we want when we walk in. Though we are not frequent for ordering food out, the couple of workers still remember our usual order. They are very proficient and always a pleasure to see upon entering the store. Also, the couple of workers that I am referring to have excellent customer service every time. Never an unwelcoming vibe. Always a laugh and fun conversation with each other.

Smaller location then you would expect for a Subway, but it gets the job done. Sandwiches are made well and seem to be fresh. Never had an issue with staff, always nice and treat us well. Never look at the kids crazy when they ask for weird things on their sandwich. Smaller inside, so plan on taking food with you. But good spot for being in Ti.

I pick you over every place in town to eat always. Thank you for your hard work and still being polite and fast while doing so much. You guys rock!!!

Probably the worst Subway that I have ever been at. The staff were completely unprepared, they had a basic Idea of how their sandwiches should be made but they really had no clue on how to prepare them. We had gotten half a dozen subs/wraps, it was our first time at this location, and we had to walk them through the entire process, they didn’t even ask what kind of bread, or wrap, that we wanted they just grabbed the closest one to them. I had personally gotten a Mediterranean steak wrap on a spinach wrap, which is green, the woman grabbed a sun dried tomato wrap which is red, not even close to the same color. They were out of feta, so they decided to use Swiss, which didn’t bother me too much, but the next woman then asked what kind of veggies I wanted on it. I said just the standard setup, and she shouted “well that can be any way you want it sir.” I explained that Subway has made, and advertised, a wrap with a standard set of ingredients that’s all I wanted. The woman then grabs onions, and peppers, and placed them under the Swiss cheese, on top of the meat, to be cooked like a Philly cheese steak. I quickly corrected her, but then she grabs other vegetables at random so I did my best to walk her through the ingredient list based on how it was prepared at three other Subway locations that I have visited in the past. The woman, however, just kept randomly throwing in other vegetables stating “these are supposed to be on the sandwich too.” She would grab spinach, and hot peppers, oregano, we must have went through the majority of the items on her table before we were done, she had absolutely no clue. Then to top it off we had a three hour trip ahead of us, and about 2 minutes down the road I take a bite and the meat tasted awful. It wasn’t bad, but it was definitely sitting around for awhile, it had that old taste like it was starting to turn but wasn’t at the spoiled stage yet. I would definitely suggest not going here.
