Food was great but the service was NOT, by any stretch of the imagination. Cashier was inattentive, didn’t make much eye contact other than to get confrontational with me early on in the order. She was hesitant about accepting a coupon I had but I was able to get that one through. Oddly enough the sub I got turned out excellent, absolutely no complaints on the food quality or taste but their customer service needs some major reworking!

It’s Subway, pretty good sandwiches. The staff are always super friendly and quick.

The service was fast and friendly. The bathroom was clean. The entire restaurant was extremely clean. They have cool furniture and my family sat on these cubes. I was skeptical that they would be comfortable—but they absolutely were! I don’t often travel to Liberty, but I will come here again when I am in the area and need a fast affordable meal.

Great sandwiches, clean store, fast, accommodating, and friendly staff. My only complaint and the only reason for not giving 5 stars: no hot sides left at 5:30 pm, when one would think there should be for the dinner rush. It would have been nice to be able to have mac and cheese for everyone in my party who wanted it, but they ran out. Other than that, no complaints.

Everytime I use my employee discount card here they get so upset lol like I’m robbing them of money. Even had the nerve to cry about how many vegetables I wanted on my sub. Place is a dump that’s why I don’t come here and I drive to Monticello. Horrible service as usual.

I order the same thing at every subway. It’s just a veggie sub, but it’s specific and I only really enjoy it when they get right. Unfortunately, subways often don’t get it right, despite me standing there telling them what to do. But this subway does a great job! Every time!
Here’s my sub recipe if you’re interested –
Italian herbs and cheese bread
Monterey jack cheese
Toasted
Spinach
Tomato
One stripe of oil
One stripe of vinegar
Black pepper
It’s so simple but it often goes wrong at the “one stripe” part. I’ll even mime the one stripe motion in case my word choice doesn’t make sense (I mean, maybe it’s technically called a swipe? A flyover? A squeeze run?). Despite this, I often get two, three, or four stripes of oil and vinegar, which make for a soggy sandwich.
I’ve had numerous subs at this location and they’re not soggy! I can even get a 12 inch and save half of it for later and it’s still not soggy.

They are to much in a rush the don’t pack the stuff in your sandwich they do a horrible job. They are so sloppy. You can’t eat your sandwich with out it falling apart becuase they just throw it on the sandwich and roll it up . They don’t take there time at anything there doing . I am no longer going there I can go to the one in monticello and have a better tasting and can actually eat the sandwich

they put extra veggies on our footlong subs on request, followed unusual instructions exactly, and the veggies were fresh and crisp; instructions included preventing contanimation from meat by using a new knife and new gloves

I really enjoy a lot of Olives on my subway subs. I know how little they are told to put on but I never have any problems at any other subways and I travel all over the country.
I got like 10 olives and told he could not put anymore on this is why I come to subway because I LOVE lots of olives on my subs. Also my sandwich was way to saucy and the sandwich artists English was not very good.
