This store was laid out wrong. The guy who waited on me had no idea what he was doing. I had the other worker put some mayonnaise on the roll. The guy came back, took the roll to the other end asking what condiments I wanted. After I told him the last item, he looked at me and said with a puzzled look on his face, ‘You don’t have any meat?’

Showed up at 7:40 pm. The door was locked and the workers said they were closed. The hours on the door said 8:30pm and online said the same thing. Kind of ridiculous they closed an hour early just because “they felt like it”.

This Subway shop is absolutely my favorite Subway shop in a 25 mile radius. The staff is always extremely friendly, the store is always extremely clean, and they actually make a good sandwich. Some other Subway shops put the bare minimum amount of meat and cheese on, this shop actually makes a sandwich. And they do a great job! Today the sandwich I ordered was on sale, and as I had already saved the money on the sandwich I decided to try some cookies. They are three for $2, and made fresh everyday. I had two chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. I highly recommend the chocolate chip cookies. The oatmeal raisin were good but I think they would have been better if they had a dash of cinnamon in them. Anyway I recommend the shop 100%

The staff here is wonderful! The atmosphere is always pleasant and nice. It’s always clean. The seating area does change and the current set up is really cozy.

Food was good. Service was horrible. I asked the girl for a chicken bacon ranch melt footlong with the terayki chicken. She was very rude when I was ordering. Even said “excuse me” when I asked her if it was okay if I got the terayki chicken with that. She then proceeded to charge me for a terayki footlong and “add bacon” which is an extra 2$. Me and my friends both got combos too so I was already spendings a lot of money. Ending up being 15$ for my meal alone! Even when I was ordering the veggies I kept said just ranch and onion and that’s it and she goes “anything else for this one” pretty much screaming at me and my friends. Very very rude. I tip everywhere I go and couldn’t even tip her. WILL come back when she’s NOT working there! We sat down and watched her interact with other customers and she was also rude to them. It’s a shame to have people like this handling your food! (Says I was served by #13)
