As a business and marketing consultant I am scratching my head as to why this location is closing at prime dinner time and before the marked times (experienced the door being locked in my face more than once). This is probably one of the worst subway restaurants in the world they make the worst sandwiches they do not follow any of the specs when you order online the manager is extremely rude and thinks he owns the world very disrespectful to customers and customers are never right. I come here once every few months when I get a craving for some subway. I have always had a pleasant experience. Today I was just floored. The manager is so nice and the workers were great! They took the time out to talk to me and didn’t treat me like “just another customer.” This is true customer service and is all what it’s about. They are a wonderful group of people and I feel the world should know about it! Thank you for being so great today, and everyday!
