Worst subway location on planet earth. Food always tastes off, staff are clueless NPCs incapable of basic conversation and website NEVER EVER WORKS. Absolute worst ordering process EVER. Long past time for subway to go bankrupt.

I recently ordered two sandwiches through the Subway app using a “Buy 1 Footlong, Get 1 Free” coupon. Upon arriving at the store in Cornwall to pick up my order, I was told by a staff member that this store does not honor the coupon.
The employee informed me that if I tried to use the coupon again, they would cancel my order. This was incredibly frustrating as I had already paid for my order and made the trip to the store. If this location does not participate in certain promotions, they should coordinate with Subway to ensure their store is removed from the list of participating locations.
The way the employee communicated this policy was very rude, making me feel like I was doing something wrong. I would rather have my order canceled so I can take my business to a different location that respects Subway’s promotions or another restaurant.
I won’t be returning to this Subway location again. Better communication and customer service training are desperately needed here.

As much as I like to support local businesses even if they are chains, I have decided not to go to this location anymore. Whenever I come with a coupon they have said they don’t participate in the deals. They also overcharge you if you aren’t paying attention. I went in for a turkey sub and was charged 14 dollars for a footlong. I didn’t ask for any extra meat or cheese. I went to the new windsor location and it was only 11 dollars for the exact same sandwich. I was surprised at the price and told the employee that just a few days before I got the same exact sandwich and it was 14 dollars. The employee shared that a few customers have complained about the cornwall location and how they over charged for items on the menu. She explained that there is a sandwich with double the meat on the menu and that’s what they charged me for but I told her they didn’t give me double anything. How I ordered at the new windsor location is the same exact order I made at the cornwall location. It seems like if the employees feel like they can get over on customers then they will. They got me once. They won’t get me again.

Placed an order through the App 15 minutes before arrival. 10 minutes before arrival, the App said our food was being prepared. When we arrived, our subs had not been started and only one employee was working on subs.
There is a separate scoop ice cream area where a man was sitting playing on his phone until other customers came in for subs. He moved over to help them.
As soon as he walked over to make subs, the App notified us that our subs were ready.
While we sat down to wait, with the App saying our order was ready, other customers came in and at least 6 subs were built for walk ins before our order was finished.

Phenomenal service. Please support this subway folks it’s like our only chain food in Cornwall. Also their footlong cookies are great and the service is amazing.
They now serve ice cream as well. Get a footlong cookie fresh from the oven and two scoops of ice cream and enjoy.

Future Reflections
Stay away. I try to go here because it’s a quick sandwich in an area without them. There is something really wrong with this place. The sandwiches all taste and smell like rotten onions. Health inspection needed

I visited this subway at Cornwall today; trying to get a fresh sandwich. All it took for me to walk away without any sandwich was poor infection control. The sandwich artist was handling the cash and the register with the same gloves that he was making the sandwich. I looked at him hoping he would change his gloves but he didn’t, he went straight back to keep prepaping sandwiches. I turned and left right away.
