Order meatballs sub toasted with double protein add american cheese, didnt receive double protein and the sub wasn’t toasted. It was a 4 item order, can it really be that hard.

This is a nice subway me and my friends Sue went for lunch I got the meatball sub which they loaded up with cheese parmesan mozzarella They toasted it very nicely They have a soda machine which gave us free water cuz I don’t drink soda. The service was fast the service was friendly and I would recommend the subway.

Terrible job on the wrap. It was supposed to have tuna, bacon, American cheese, and onion with light mayo. No cheese or onion, it was heavy on the mayo, and there is more wrap than filling.

Without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve had with a subway store. Appalling customer service, had me waiting for nearly 10 minutes and wagged hid finger at me when he arrived when I asked if they were open or not. Was extremely stingy with the tuna and cheese to the point where when I asked for a regular amount to be added, I was threatened with being charged for extra. If you see Sri Krishna expect your food to either have the lightest amount of everything or to get 0 % measurements right

Came here on Friday ordered 2 kids meals everything was perfect. sandwiches were made correctly service was terrific. Tonight I came in ordered the same 2 kids meals.. the sandwiches were SO small I honestly should have just walked out. I said something to the girl and she could have cared less. Let’s just say I won’t be back at this location. 15.00 should at least be a sandwich that’s worth eating. VERY poor

This was a through the app order. I ordered a chicken breast ft long sub and it was made perfectly per my choice of options. Through the app, I was able to select everything that I would as if I were standing in the restaurant ordering from the menu. The best part was that I never had to step foot in the shop… not evem to pick up the sub.
I selected the option for curbside pickup. All I need to do is order my sub, then chose the time I wanted to be there for pickup. When I arrived, still through the app, I pressed the “I’m here” button. Then, I put in the style and color of my car and waited. Very shortly, a Subway employee walked out and brought my sandwich right to my car window. I didn’t get her name, but she was polite. The whole experience was terrific. This Subway serves fast, convenient made-to-order subs brought right to your vehicle. Great job Glenville Subway!

I tend to frequent this location and I have to say hands down the best subway store. I have heard the this owner has a few other shops in the area and I haven’t been to them because this is the third closest to my house, yes I said third . The other subways near my house are not run by this person from what I’ve been told. But when you find a place that makes the best subs and the people working are always happy and friendly, as well the establishment is always spotless and smells clean it’s worth the distance . I went in again tonight because the young man made my sandwich yesterday was working tonight and I had a craving . This owner is doing something right and it shows by is hired help. Great job owner!

Say what you will about the quality of Subway as a company, but this specific Subway is my favorite. I’ve known several of the staff by name, and they are consistently nice and accommodating people that take care to prepare your food nicely. They have never messed up an order in the 4 years I’ve been consistently going here.

Okay, so everyone knows at this point that only fools would pay for a full price Subway sandwich… The meat is cut so thin, it is translucent. However, the price does become acceptable when coupons are applied.
Unfortunately, this location does not even accept coupons! I struggle to understand why a franchise would refuse coupons, as that is part of the “cost” of being associated with Subway. If you don’t like being affiliated with Subway, open your own off-brand sandwich shop.
So why 2 stars? Because this location at least had the decency to post their refusal to honor their promises at the door, instead of by the register inside at the end of your ordering (purchase pressure).
