Bought 7 sandwiches veggie sandwich without veggie patties, teriyaki chicken where you would need microscope to find any chicken in the sandwich, meat ball sandwich was OK, but if you are going to spend 10 or 12 dollars on a meal you would have to buy another meal some place else to feel like you ate anything. These people cut all the meat and chicken in there sandwiches by less than half. I would never come here again. I also send subway a email regarding my experience. I literally gave the girl who had such a bad attitude 3 sandwiches back to throw them away. It ruined my whole family’s lunch.

The man behind the counter has an ear bud in his ear and is on the phone the entire time making your order so he is half listening to you. His personality is as if you are bothering him to even be there. I had to repeat ingredients more than once and stop him from putting a sub in the toaster that I just said don’t toast. This location does not accept the coupons either. I’ve gone to this location 3 times because it was convenient for where I was commuting so I have given it 3 chances and each time it disappointed. Love Subway but not this location

I came in on Saturday 8/2/25 at 6pm. The sandwich artist working was on a personal phone call the entire time i was there. It was really disruptive because he just had an ear bud in and at first I thought he was talking to me. He then chatted to the person on the other end during our entire interaction, it was very awkward for me as a customer as I felt rushed and it made it hard for me to remember what to ask for during the order. He did not give me a receipt so I don’t have his name or transaction number. I wouldn’t have minded if he was on a call then paused his personal call before interacting with me but he just continued on, and Im sure continued on with the customer after me too. It was bad manners and poor etiquette.

If it was possible to give negative I would gove it. Worst morning people working. The place is clean but the senior staff had an attitude of her own. When I was ordering and saying I eant chicken teriyaki for 6 inch and the other for the other half she had to verbally say I have yo pay extra. I told her I know and then while ordering food when I was choosing the meat and cheese I touched the glass and she then made it look like my touch’s weight would bring the glass go down.Also as I was customizing without even giving me chance to say what more meat I wanted they put the footlong in the oven. How am I supposed to choose then?? I felt uncomfortable. Definitely never coming back to such rude staff.

Horrible customer service with attitude. I had an allergen issue with how my sandwich was accidentally made and got nothing but pushback. Even though it was no one’s fault (the app glitched) and I let them know immediately. Then the sandwich I ended up receiving had almost no meat and was literally thrown at me with a glare. This place will close if it can’t get people working there who understands customer service and the bare minimum people expect from a subway. The bar is not that high. No wonder it was empty at lunch hour. Travel out of the way to another location if you really want Subway.

It used to be a nice charming place.
In the last 2 months I’ve gone there 3 times. In all 3 of my visits the employees were on the phone on airpods. In one of my visits I got pretty bad food poisoning. In my most recent visit the employee made my sub sideways(?), it was a flatbread and I guess the concept just eluded him that I didn’t want effectively a 6″ sub that was then wrapped in an extra 6″ of bread.
I used to go here 2-3 times a week, I’m done now, it’s just abysmal.

We came here Friday night around 7 and ordered two subs. The employees were incredibly polite and made sure we were receiving exactly what we asked for. The subs were not thrown together like they are at other locations. The employees actually seemed happy to interact with customers. The service was quick and absolutely perfect. This was not only the best subway experience I’ve had, but one of the best restaurant experiences.

Terrible service. I called ahead of time asking if they had gluten free bread. And not only did I I not get a response. He had the audacity to hang up. When I arrived to the store he was hard to understand and there was no further hell. I love subway just not at this location.
