By far the worst subway in the capital district and it’s all due to the level of stupidity of the employees. They don’t know how to make any of the sandwiches. I have issues every single time I go.. and I only go when we’re in a pinch because Ravenas food options suck.

My experience is always good with the food aspect of this whole thing, but this particular subway is the third consecutive one I’ve come to that does not accept coupons and or does not do any subway app offers! Such a thing has definitely diminished the experience since I’m being mailed coupons that noone accepts!

Ordered the Tuna sub. There was only 1 person working that night. Took 30 minutes to get my sub. Then, the Tuna had so much mayo, it was not good. Usually the Tuna is fantastic. Very disappointing evening considering the price of food.

I just had the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had from subway there. My sandwich was dripping mayo when I only asked for two lines. No meat and rotisserie chicken is pre portioned so idk how she managed that. as well as little to no veggies and I typically order a myriad. Highly recommend paying attention because I didn’t and paid 11 dollars for the nastiest sub I’ve ever had from subway.

Don’t eat there I used to work at one just don’t believe everything you hear on the commercials buns come pre-made all we have to do is roll it in the Italian seasoning and sesame seeds I don’t think the tuna really is tuna it just comes in a big bag vegetables are used past their day cuz I’ve had to cut off mold and still use the product anyway as I was told by my manager turnover in the walk-in is so unorganized they don’t know what is good and what is bad they do not use labels nor dates on their pants they just throw back into the walk-in and a lot of them not even their walking freezers or refrigerators are actually up to a true temperature. Also would not be the last time I’ve gotten sick from the sandwich from Subway and I have no problem with eating other people’s subs so there’s something going on people there’s something going on but they’re not telling you and I’m letting you in on a little secret I hope it helps. Management is very rude and doesn’t treat all of its employees well. Almost as if the store is being run as a sweatshop. The employees themselves do a wonderful job but with no lead way or room to better themselves. It’s all about face at this location and can guarantee not all is up to health code. Been in many times and seen some nasty stuff.

I ordered a 6″ Veggie Patty. I should have known something was up when she said “I’ll just warm it up before cooking it”. I know it’s not a popular item in some stores, but if you think it might be stale or freezer burned please don’t put it on my sandwich! She was gracious enough to make me another sub. Otherwise I have no problem with the service and the place was spotless.

During my recent visit the restaurant had a clean appearance. Staff continues to be sub-par, cold chicken on the flat bread and trouble with basic listening skills, “one or two pieces of onion” is not 10 or 12 sprinkled across the sandwich. I try to hold my tongue when I ask them to fix it and they do, but they have to be corrected every time.
