This store sucks. Went in today to get a chicken bacon ranch on a flat bread with olives ranch and Chipotle. Leave to go get my other halfs food and I open mine and the olives are bad. Came back to subway and let them know. They called there manager and asked if they could make a new sub or give me my money back and the manager said no. So know I have no sub because I am not eating it. The olives are bad and I’m out 15.00. This store does nothing for customer service whats so ever. Know I have no dinner. And these guys are 15.00 in cash extra in there till for a sub that was brought back to them.

Me and My girlfriend have ordered 3 times recently, both through doordash and the subway app, and the order is always wrong. Once the sub I ordered was wrong, but everytime we would only get subs despite ordering cookies, chips, or meals. If you want subway, make sure you only order subs, or pick it up yourself because you won’t get your full order otherwise.

I ordered food and went to use the restroom. Door was locked. I asked the kid at the register if I needed a key. He said they’re closed for the night. That’s ridiculous at 5pm in a food establishment.

Just ordered 4 subs from here. Got a turkey and bacon sub on Flatbread. I open my sub and start eating. Thinking to myself that it tastes weird. Open the sub and look, literally not a single slice of turkey. Whats the point in ordering a sub if there is no meat??

Do not order from this store if you respect your time. They have one person working during dinner time. 8+ people waiting in line and told my online order will be done last all the while the Subway app tells me my order is ready. Shame on the store owner for not staffing the store appropriately.

STAY OUT OF THIS STORE. Roark Company and whomever the franchise owner is should be ashamed for serving the cheaply made , now Super-thin -sliced -they’re virtually transparent, limp VEGETABLES, on a floofy, air filled joke for bread sub roll ( Italian herb with a cold cut combo, how hard is that?). The meats are also now sliced thinner to the point you CANT TASTE THEM WHEN YOU BITE INTO THE SANDWICH. The cheese as well. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I consider what they are doing frankly ABSOLUTE FALSE ADVERTISING. Ask for your sandwich to look just like the photos from which you order…THEY CANT DO IT

Ordered on the app at 5:15pm. Pickup time was 5:35pm. I arrived at that time only to be told it would probably be another 10min because they were busy with walk-ins. You shouldn’t be taking them ahead… That’s the whole point of ordering online. You’re telling me that you’re going to help everyone behind me in line before you make mine? Employees at this location are clueless. Overall, Subway is overpriced for what they provide – you’d think they would at least provide adequate customer service.

I order three sandwiches two were great the third was not edible. The bread was stale and it fell to pieces when I tried to pick it up to eat it. This store has had several health code violations when I called the state so I would stay very far from this location

Chicken sub was less than ok. Nothing like I ordered. Chicken was grizzly, vegetables were wilty, bacon wasn’t done, and they replaced the bun with another. Now they won’t answer the phone! Definitely lost a customer. I will go to Johnstown or Fonda.
