After reading the reviews here I had to chime in with my .02. Just had a 6” tuna sub and the foreign guy behind the counter did everything in his power to put as little of food on my sub. It was actually comical. Each tuna scoop was precisely measured and he spread the lettuce and veggies like a mathematical equation. He put like 6 pieces of olives and 3 pieces of banana peppers on it . Never again.

I will not purchase from this Subway in Burnt Hills again! The photo shows the quality of food I received, the lettuce was old, almost rotten and the turkey and other veggies were almost nonexistent. My son’s sub was the same with brown lettuce. Grabbed them on the way to a concert so couldn’t bring them back. Just pathetic!

Been to this location many times as it is conveniently close to my job. Previously I had been satisfied with the quality of the food up until a few months ago. The quality of the sandwiches began to decline drastically. Less and less meat on the sandwiches, lacking on the cheese, meat and veggies in the middle of the sandwich only and the ends left empty. The price seemed to be different every time even though I get the same sandwich every time I go in. Sometimes almost $18 for a footlong with chips and a soda. That’s ridiculous considering the sad excuse for a sandwich you get for the money. I took a break for a month or so.
Decided to try again today, and I have to say it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from the place. Paid for a footlong pro this time. Supposed to be extra stuff in the sub. There was a scoop and a half of meat, barely any lettuce, peppers plopped in the middle of the sub, the bread was in pieces when I opened it. Completely zero effort. Do yourself a favor and if you’re thinking about going to subway, just go to Jersey Mike’s instead. Ten times better sub for less money. Will not be returning here.

I wish I could add photos (I’m determined to try and find a way), however on behalf of the subway eater in my house I’m writing this to say that this is the trashiest place I’ve ever seen. They got a roast beef sub just 10 minutes ago and yk what they say about roast beef? Maybe you do, maybe you don’t, but that’s what this sandwich looked like. They got “extra roast beef” aka 2 lousy slices of meat that looked like they’ve been basking in the desert sun all day. They also got tomatoes, which also happened to look like they’ve had been basking in the sun all day, and lettuce, which was a lousy portion but looked okay I suppose. When I think of subway, I think of nothing nice, and this sandwich basically summed up what I think of subway. Now I don’t eat here, because of my own personal beliefs, but this was actually so gross.

$9.. 6” italian bread, xtra roastbeef, lettuce, xtra tomato and dry.. two pieces of meat inside half the size of my hand! The meat had a rainbow sheen. 4 small tomatoes. Id be embarrassed to give this to a paying customer! I haven’t been to a Subway in over 20 yrs and I would never go back now! I can’t return it due to healing from surgery. I eat at this restaurant kind of regularly. I’ve noticed the quality of the subs consistently going down. The person making the sub was doing everything she could to minimize the amount of everything she put on the sub. I had to demand more of everything I asked for. I’m so tired of these corporate/ franchised stores and the way they rip off their customers. I will no longer be doing business with subway. Screwed again by corporate America. This owner should be ashamed of his business.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff! I had no idea they were running a $5 foot long promo but the staff made sure to let me know. I was able to feed my family for $21 tonight and sandwiches were yummy!
