Stopped at this subway after my issue with the subway in gloversville. Where I didnt get a new sub made and lost 15.00. This place was amazing and helped me out and getting a good sub that I could eat. Thank you to the wonderful gentleman that took my order.

Very disappointed I came in and looked like the staff was not Happy. when my sandwhich was made I asked for the italian sandwhich I told them one coldcut I didnt want on sandwhich when it was time to add toppings that colcut that I didnt want was on it I didnt ask them to re do sandwhich because it seemed like they didnt care so i just did my toppings. I asked the person who was a guy cant remember the name I asked about the mayonnaise and he said I dont know I really dont care that was rude. Never coming here again do better

I can not believe cash is no good anymore I called to place an order the girl told me I have to order online! Ok go online placed order they wanted me to pay with debit or credit card!!! Nope I want to pay CASH she then told me it was the only way to pay!! What happened to paying with cash?? Do you people not trust your employees? Then shut down the business! I am so dissatisfied and will not ever order from subway again!!! Burger King is right down the road and they take cash and to top it all off bk is much much cleaner than that subway!

Called to ask if they still used their side service windows as it makes it very difficult to walk into the store due to injury on my legs. The young girl said we only offer that windows service for online orders. It wasn’t always like that, however after I explained my situation, she said no we can’t do that! Does anyone have any compassion anymore for people with disabilities? My god. Such poor service. Will never have Subway again.

I haven’t been to this Subway in a few years and I went today and ordered my usual. They tell me they’ve got to put my tuna melt on Italian Herb and Cheese bread in a “special bag” to toast it. I said ok, and this is what I open up to (see pic). The sub was ok, but was like eating a sloppy Joe and I had to rip the rest of my sub in bits and pieces off of the paper. Needless to say, I’ll be skipping Subway for a few more years until they can figure out that “special bag” situation.

I love coming to this Subway the staff are so friendly and nice , the restaurant is always clean and the subs are always delicious. I even got a cookie today.
