I was the only customer in the store yet I was completely ignored when I walked in and said hello. The employee was on her phone with AirPods in and seemed visibly annoyed that she had to make my food. A coworker was literally just sitting there and only got up to help once a second customer walked in toward the end of my order. When it came time to pay the lady tried to just walk away without giving me my receipt or saying a word. I had to stand there and wait until she actually handed it to me. Being treated like an inconvenience when you are the only person in line is a great way to lose a customer.

Came in for two sandwiches and the lady working behind the counter mixed up the condiments on the sandwiches and claimed that I was to pay for a new sandwich to fix her mistake. Not sure why I would be at fault and pay for the workers mistake.

The lady inside they say her name is Elizabeth date:11/3/2025 approximately5:40pm was rude to me about how to turn a sub into a salad.
Also she called my girlfriend stupid because my girlfriend didn’t want to order anymore, due to the fact she was rude to me. My girlfriend asked for clarification and she addressed her as stupid again.

The lady made my sandwich so aggressively, and throwing the unused meat and toppings back. Like she took all her aggression out on the sandwich. Not friendly at all either. Will never go back to this location.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Best Subway I’ve ever been to. Followed order notes to a tee and picking up my online order was easy as pie. Sandwich was well constructed and delicious.

Horrible service. The ladies who work there are very mean. I feel like I am disrupting their day every time I walk in. Yesterday I had an especially bad experience. My younger sister had ordered two of the dippers… one with just cheese and one with cheese/pepperoni. She always gets them with nacho cheese as dipping sauce, as this is offered as a dipping sauce on the menu. Not only was the ordering process difficult due to the employee’s rudeness but it was also completely wrong… this has been a more common occurrence in my recent orders. On top of the dippers being incorrect (sister received one with just pepperoni and the other with chicken), she was told that she could not get nacho sauce as a dipping sauce for the dippers because it is ‘meant for other menu options, not the dippers’. Overall, not very welcoming.. the negative atmosphere and rudeness of the employees ruins every visit. This Subway used to be a favorite with the previous employees.

I still spent my money in there and I said thank you to the woman and she just takes my money and gives me a receipt and walks away. In this country have a little more class and be thankful when people are spending their hard-earing money SMH

I ordered a sandwich and sent my parent to pick up the order for me to be told that someone had already picked it up and that they “checked” the name on the phone and without checking the orders gave it to them what kind of security method is this? So, if you have a generic name, someone can just take your sandwich, then they tell me to cancel the order, but the app already said ready so i cant cancel it and they wont give me my money back or my sandwich they told me they couldnt do anything until i mentioned calling my bank then they magically in a matter of seconds were able to make another one it just makes no sense. after this subway got their new owner, it has been terrible service.
