This Subway was our neighborhood location for years, and I visited it many times. It was convenient, easy to get to, and always delivered the familiar Subway flavors we’ve come to expect.

The sandwiches were fresh, and the service was generally friendly. It was a reliable stop for a quick lunch or dinner, and I especially appreciated having it so close to home. Unfortunately, it’s now closed. While Google still lists it as “temporarily closed,” the signs are gone and Jersey Mike’s has taken over the space, so it’s unlikely this location will return.

One thing I always thought could have been handled better was their participation in corporate promotions. The owners here did not work with Subway’s nationwide deals and offers — something I believe draws customers into other locations. That lack of promotion might have contributed to the decline in business.

Sorry for the all caps. We rarely go to a Subway. I went here only because of the ad on the radio about buy one footlong get one footlong free.

The staff pointed at a printout that said since March 2023 this location does not participate in Subway promotions. Since I was already here with my child and he was craving his sandwich I went ahead with the order. However, I do consider this as a bait and switch – they are banking on the fact that you are hungry by the time you enter, so are likely to not drive away to another location a few miles away.

That aside – it’s a Subway, it is what you would expect. I can’t tell if the prices are any more than the other locations in the area. Now that I know they do not follow standard pricing / promotions, safe to way if I do have to go to a Subway it won’t be this location.

While I understand business times are tough, but skimping on your customers is not the way to go. My partner and I went for a simple dinner. My partner asked for cucumbers on top of his sandwich. They dropped one of the cucumbers on the stainless steel and then just put it in the sandwich. I wonder how often that is cleaned. Then for my sandwich I asked for onions. They only put a little bit and when I asked for some more the woman put one more onion and then shuffled the onion around on my sandwich to make it seem like they added more…. I will not be going back to this subway. If I ever want subway I will drive even further because that experience and food was not worth the money.

Ordered two combos on the app. Upon picking up my order they claimed it was only one combo. I pointed out that I had ordered two combos and they immediately became argumentative. After they examined the receipt they became belligerent about fulfilling the order correctly. The amount of meat on the sandwich seemed a little light. I have been treated better on the actual subway. Never going here again.

This place isn’t worthy of ANY Stars whatsoever. My fiancée and I came for dinner after work and the customer service was appalling to say the least. They had nasty attitudes and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. While we were ordering, a woman and her kid came in and they stopped our order to take and finish hers; I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how racially motivated it felt. These people should not be working with people because they have shown a clear and distinct lack of kindness or even decency. Also, I agree with everyone else in the reviews: a dirty Subway.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. The staff is extremely rude, ignorant and argumentative! My husband and I went with our 4month old daughter to pick up our order that we placed in the app. The app didn’t have an option to order the veggie patty so we just ordered the veggie delite. Upon reaching there, they were just starting to make our order and had veggie patties available so we asked if they could add them and pay the difference. They said they would only accept cash and we didn’t have any so we just asked them to give what we ordered. Wouldn’t charge a card but would accept cash, seemed shady. Then while making our sandwiches they didn’t follow any customizations that we had made in the order and when we mentioned those they responded rudely and argued that more of any veggies is extra charge. We said if that’s the case, it should have charged us in the app while placing the order. She ignored us and just packed it up anyway. At checkout, we asked for separate bags for both sandwiches and they denied giving us a separate bag! Both ladies kept talking loudly and rudely and didn’t care to actually listen to anything we were saying. Upon asking for a manager contact, they declined that too after one employee stating she had been working there for over ten years. Exhausted new parents were just trying to grab a bite and this was such an unpleasant experience!

The sandwich maker dropped the knife he used to cut bread and put it back on the table to cut another slice. He didn’t wear gloves and he tried to pull a fast one when I ordered double meats and charge me extra money from what the menu had displayed. Either it’s this subways workers attitudes that they hire or the owner of this subway is encouraging this behavior…

I wish i could give this location zero stars. My fiancé and I came here for an early dinner after work and were met with rudeness and attitude. A woman came in with her kid while we were ordering and they paused our orders and took hers and finished it instead. We went to wipe down the tables and we then realized they hadnt given us any napkins and made it seem like a bother for them to get them for us.

This subway place is worst service ever. Don’t ever go here! I can never use my subway reward no matter if I showed or scanned the reward from the app. I can’t communicate or make them understand regarding this reward from the app. Always refused to accept it. Always had the bad taste in my mouth although I spent my own money to buy the sandwich.
