I am utterly disgusted and frustrated by the horrible experience I had at this place today. I placed an order through their app, received a confirmation receipt with all the correct details, and the payment was clearly processed. However, when I arrived to pick up my food, the staff outright refused to acknowledge my order.

Even after I showed them the proof—the order receipt with the transaction ID and confirmation—they still insisted they never received it. How is that even possible? The money has been taken from my account, and the order clearly went through. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or at least apologize, they simply shrugged and told me there was nothing they could do.

The worst part? When I asked to speak to the manager, the so-called “supervisor” had the nerve to tell me to go home and wait for FOUR DAYS. Yes, you read that right—FOUR DAYS! He said if they eventually “found” my order, I could come back and get my food. Are you kidding me? Treating a paying customer like a beggar who has to wait around for scraps? This is beyond unprofessional—it’s insulting.

I have never encountered such incompetence and outright disrespect from a business. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never set foot in this place again, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from them, especially through their unreliable app.

Save your time, money, and dignity—go somewhere that actually values their customers.

HORRIBLE!!!! I used to go to this subway 2 years ago on my lunch break and it never use to be so horrible!!! I was out of work due to and injury so I haven’t been here in a while been been back at work since September of this year and so far both times I’ve ordered here I’ve gotten the most nastiest subway sandwiches ever I wish I took a picture of the first one which I ordered thru the app and because I wasn’t physically there to watch my sandwich being made no effort at all was put into the sandwich I was barely given any ingredients I asked for it was as if they were running out of ingredients and the store is always empty so I don’t see them not having enough ingredients the second time which was yesterday I went inside to
the lack of ingredients wouldn’t happen again and the effort the lady put into my sandwich was barely any she then proceeded to charge me at the max she could for the opposite of what I ordered now I only get a 30 min break so there was no time for complaining about anything ask i also was hungry and needed time to eat so I took the sandwich but it was just as horrible as the first one which is why moving forward they won’t be getting anymore of my money and I will never be returning here the worst experiences ever the place just needs to shutdown at this point cause the service sucks absolutely horrible smh waste of money for such a small sandwich with barely anything in it….smh

One of the happiest days of my life was when Subway brought back the roast beef! ~ I’m serious…LOL!!! It’s the little things ya know! LOL!! Anyway, this is my local Subway shop and they are always super friendly and move the line quickly! I also order via Uber eats from here when I don’t want to leave my house and my order is always fast and correct! Uber eats tends to be a bit pricey when you add up all the fees, but $25 for a foot long roast beef on Italian herb and cheese bread with ALL the fixings and of course EXTRA MAYO (I’m on a diet- BAHAHAHAHA!!!)is SOOOO WORTH IT!! DEF RECOMMEND!!! PS- don’t forget the Doritos, chocolate chip cookies AND DIET COKE (BAHAHAHAHA) ~ my hunnnies had the Turkey and provolone. He’s not as adventurous in his sandwich fixings!! #startlovinglife

Mari who is making sandwich has no experience and not following directions what to make for actual sandwich that I wanted. Last time I went few weeks ago was no experience and now still. Felt Disappointed! But others new workers has MORE EXPERIENCE!!!I will come again if she IMPROVES. NOW She has BIG IMPROVEMENT!!!

I have been a regular at lunch time here for over 10 years. In that time I have gotten to be familiar with the staff here. They are always courteous, quick, and friendly. I have eaten almost everything they have to offer and I am never disappointed. For a franchise fast food restaurant, they deliver exactly the experience you would expect, every time. Good food with good value.

I don’t really like subway but I came here because I was sent coupons in the mail and I wanted to try their limited time only corned beef sandwiches. I don’t think anyone really needs a review of subway food. This one is just like any other subway. Place is clean, bathroom inside, only one staff present but wasn’t busy when I came in. There’s parking available but making a left out of the lot can be daunting as it’s right by a busy intersection.

I went in and i wanted to order a sandwich and when I wanted to pay the subway worker told me no credit card because the machine wasn’t working and I told her why didn’t you tell me sooner cause I had no cash and she said nothing but told me to leave im gonna think twice on going to subway again the owner should be ashamed for hiring people who don’t know what they are doing and giving customers the lack of disrespect
