I see people rating establishments aggressively low based on criteria that isn’t fair. We came in, ordered and were out in less than five. The sandwich was somewhat just alright but at the same time it hit the spot pretty damn nicely. Cookies were good too although they missed one of them in the bag. We got what we came for and that’s why I’m giving it five stars.

Beware! They consistently overcharge compared to other locations — you can easily save $2 or more per order elsewhere. On top of that, they deliberately skimp on the fillings in the sandwiches. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been at established many times in the past. My guess is that they new management because there are now restrictions on which sandwiches you can buy with a coupon. But the sandwiches they prepare for you, have meager amounts of meat and toppings. When you pick up the sandwich (a foot long) it is very light weight because of its minimal contents. Needless to say, I will not be going to this Subway location anymore. The photo below speaks for itself.

Someone please speak English when they work at Subway. Three employees and only one could barely communicate in English. My bill was 15.47, so I gave $51 in cash, but she had already entered in $50 in the register. My return payment should have been 35.53, but they tried to give me just $35. I don’t care about the 0.53 but it was difficult to communicate. They eventually gave me $35.53 about 2 minutes later, but gave it to me in a twenty, a ten, and five one dollar bills (instead of a five) and eventually also the 53 cents. They were guessing at what I was saying as they couldn’t understand me/English.

I’m not normally one to give a negative rating, however there was an issue with my order that I placed online with this particular business, and the owner of the business had no resolution for my problem, which is absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered food for my team at work, and the sandwiches were wrapped so poorly, the deli paper was soaked, one foot long was torn in half, another sandwich had a hole in it. I simply asked for a resolution because I am embarrassed to serve food in this condition to my team. The owner responded as if it was comical, and kept on saying “I just don’t understand how this happened.” I will not be ordering from here ever again. Zero stars if it were possible.

Bathroom only for “customers” or I guess no one. Customers are supposed to have access to a bathroom or should I make sure to wash my hands in a puddle outside before I eat my sandwhich…?

Recently my family ordered takeout from this location. I had some trouble with the app and when I called a woman named Christine was extremely helpful with the order. During a pandemic people like her make getting through the day a little easier.

The food was ok. The staff was ok. However there is false advertisements here claiming they have free wifi. Now there was 3 employees working at the time i was there with my son. And when we asked for the password from each of the 3 employees. They said we dont know it. We dont have it. Looks like the manager and the district manager dropped the ball on this one.
