Terrible service! As soon as i came in i was rushed very rudely with a attitude from the old man with the beard working. I was the only one there and it was like a bother for me to be asking him to do his job. The produce in the display case was wilted in that very fresh. The store also had visible dirt and grime probably one of worst subways I’ve been to. Will not return!!

Absolutely horrible owner. Rude and disrespectful. Made an order for the subway club, and paid for extra bacon. My sandwich only had 2 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of ham on the whole foot long! Ther was NO cheese and there was NO turkey and I only had 1 slices of small bacon on the whole foot long and only 2 cucumbers! Tried calling the guy brushed me off then hung up. Went down to the location and said its out of his hands he cant refund and its not his problem. They cannot and do not make sandwiches, all you’re greatting is an expensive piece of bread with a hint of meat and toppings. Completely rude, disrespectful and no customer service at all. Unsanitary conditions as well due to his big beard that is not covered, and all the hair that isn’t covered whe the guy and girl make the sandwiches. Do no waste your time or money on this garbage

Absolutely the worst subway store I’ve ever been to. My sandwiches had the bare minimum of what you can even call toppings and barely any meat. I called to tell them what happened and was hung up on 3 times before finally they answered and spoke to me. Upon answering the phone the man tells me that whoever made my order had left for the day. He then tells me he is busy and will call me back in 10 minutes. I ask him to take down my phone number and he says he has it so I ask him what number he has and I get hung up on again. I go to the store 7 months pregnant and sick to show them why I am complaining because I never complain but for $20 I needed to stand up for myself. I see two employees working and one customer in the store. They both keep telling me it’s lunch time and they are busy so that’s why they can’t talk. They go to grab my sandwhiches and I ask them not to touch them unless I get refunded. They tell me they don’t have the authority to do so. I ask them to call whoever has the authority. Another man comes in saying he is the owner. Still no other customers at this time but they continue to make it seem like I’m making a scene meanwhile I am just showing them my order. The owner says he can’t refund me the full amount because it was delivered and he won’t give me the delivery charges and I need to speak to DoorDash even though I did not order from door dash. I ordered through the website. I am livid and now turning red. He says he won’t give me anything until I give the items back and I refuse to give them back until I get the full refund. He says there’s nothing he can do for me. Absolutely disgusting people there. Don’t waste your money go to another location where they put adequate amount of food on your bread.

I’m done giving this place chances. I always have to call ahead to tell them not to toast my sandwich even though you say don’t toast on the app. If I don’t call they will toast it every time. Well today I called and he says no problem and then gives me the wrong bread for both orders. This store is the worst subway by far, total incompetence!!!!! Pics are what was supposed to be artisan Italian bread….

I been here a couple times, the lady who makes my sandwiches behind the counter is very nice and makes good ones. However, there are two gentleman (one younger and one older) who work there when I am there who like to crack stupid and unnecessary jokes that can make anybody uncomfortable, especially if they’re handling your food. I understand they are trying to be friendly, but mentioning politics and making unnecessary remarks to make you engage to the employees more is not the way to go.
I will not be coming back here specifically for this reason. Plus the last time I was there the younger gentleman messed up my sandwich by adding too much oil and vinegar when I asked for the normal amount.

I wouldn’t recommend going here the older guy in the front tells me they’re closed as I was trying to order and tells me to walk out then says he’s kidding asking me what I wanted I asked him to please give me a minute to look at the menu he then says do you like Joe Biden this is Joe Biden sons and he wants to kill you I said listen man I’m on my lunch break I’m just trying to get some food please stop talking like this and let me order he then says just walk out you’re no fun we have nothing here for you I responded with okay he then says no don’t go we have specials going on I responded I don’t want to eat here anymore you’re very disrespectful then I left. I will no longer be supporting that establishment I will not eat there again the staff was disrespectful and lost a customer permanently
