Subway just keeps getting worse and worse and this place is the perfect example. Ordered 3 “Premium?” foot longs and they were all missing or had the wrong ingredients and weren’t toasted. 2 sandwiches missing cheese, barely any pickles, banana peppers, and lettuce when I requested more, bacon in another one was uncooked, all 3 barely had any meat as well. The one sandwich we requested no lettuce in had extra lettuce. The sandwich artist tip section at checkout needs to go away. I’m done with Subway, I want my money back and will never order it again.

This store is FILTHY! They allow their employees to wear headphones while taking orders than try to force u to take orders made incorrectly. And if u bring up what they did wrong they call your Fat and tell u that u could stand to lose a few pounds and lettuce helps that. I will NEVER EAT HERE EVER AGAIN DISGUSTING AND DISGUSTED

I placed an order earlier today for pickup and the order was not ready when I arrived. When I talked to the lady behind the counter, she told me that she hasn’t received any orders yet.
I showed her my app with the order and the app and ask her if should could make the order. She says that she couldn’t because it was not in the system. I tried calling to store through the app and it ringed the phone at the store. I double check the location
to see if it was my mistake but I was a the right store.
She then tells me to re-send the order. Which doesn’t make sense… since she didn’t received the first order in the first place. I don’t think that would’ve helped the case.
I tried to be cordial and all. But, there should a manager at the store who could deal with this type of situation.
The lady behind the counter was not helpful at all. It was hard to communicate with her. This incident happened on Monday morning. I also attached a screenshot of my order. Hopefully, this incident does not happen again. I ended it up leaving without the order.
Subway. Do better; be better.

Amazing food, the workers are so friendly. Personal experience I wanted my cookies to be warmed up because I love the nice warm feeling in my mouth and the worker got up with a smile on his face cracking jokes and did it just for me. They give amazing recommendations on vegetables to be put on the sandwich and helped me find a new favorite sandwich. Overall a very nice experience I found in a while.

I ordered two foot long sandwich. The staff doesn’t know about what the flavor of the chicken meat is, dropped the pickles and leaves with sauce out of the loaf when wrapping the loaf, grabbed the napkins into a randomly folded paper pile and stuffed it into one of the loaf bag and told me that’s for all, I had to bag her for an extra napkins for another bag because I ordered for two people separately. And I was not given receipt that I realized when I stepped out of the door.

First time I’ve ever been screamed at for buying a sandwich in a Subway. The owner told me about the franchise doing renovations and I asked him if he was looking forward to it. He said no because he was still going to make the same amount of money. That made me feel uncomfortable to start. Then he lost his mind when he saw I had a coupon for a 6 inch sub for $2.99. I got it because I signed up for coupons and updates. He was cursing at me about how he has to pay for that stuff and calling the people who made the coupons “a**holes.” That is a man who hates his job/life. I feel bad for him. Sad. Still, I’ll never go back. And I’ll be sure to spread the word.

If I could give this place a zero I would, not for the food because I never stayed to get it. I started to build my sandwich and when I asked for swiss cheese the young girl behind the counter said they didn’t carry swiss. I thought that odd and said so. After choosing American (American and mozzarella being the only choices) I asked if they had sweet peppers because I noticed there were none that i could see. That’s when the angry man chimed in and said “it’s a store choice what they carry” and then asked me “do you have a jacuzzi in your house, it’s the same thing a choice”….WHAT?? As i was leaving i told him he was a very bad business man/owner (I owned a small business for almost 25 years) and that he was a bad example for his employee.
You can’t make this stuff up!!

Is so rude. Subways has plenty of coupons. They give out through apps and text msgs
He never honors them. Even though it has his address on it 111 fulton ave Subway. I been there twice and it’s been the same rude experience. Now I got couple miles down from this location and I am much happy to go there..service is great and people are friendly at the other location
