The people at the register are never pleasant and always have a bad attitude even if you’re nice. They don’t change out their vegetables, you can see everything going brown, everything looks out, I asked do you guys change these out? She said yeah whenever we get time, as you can clearly see them not even busy…. No customers etc. and on top of that they don’t accept any coupons or rewards which if you ask me, you earned your points / rewards. You’re better off going somewhere else.

I frequently visit this place, so this is really disturbing. first time coming on a night shift .The young woman in the photo shouldn’t ever have the chance to work there again ! She didn’t even say hello when I arrived at the facility; instead, she spoke quickly and asked if I was picking up, and when I told her no, she became irate. When I opened the food, I saw she had completely messed up the sandwich—broken bread and food everywhere. She had also failed to fold the meat into the sandwich, and layout the food properly . When I went for ice, there was none to be found. When I attempted to grab some vitamin water she removed all the knobs and put them back on with her bare hands and thought that was sanitary . The food was nasty and so was the appearance. Alongside her behavior was unacceptable . I visited more than enough time before closing she was closing the store on her timing unacceptable.

By far not only dirtiest place to eat. But everyone who works there especially the black dude at night has no idea what he is doing. Had to wait until he was done wiping dirty surfaces for him to say he only had stale bread. Everything in that store is unattended and poorly managed. Every single time I go in side the person is on the phone in the back having to wait until they’re done. Has never been different or decent once

Came in and as soon as Ashley the a rep that was working acknowledged me as she saw me. Was not to pleased with the selection but she did everything writhing her power to make my sandwich how I wanted. I felt like my business was appreciated she is truly 5 star

So my wife and I ordered lunch here on the app. I go to pick it up when the app tells me it’s ready and the employee tells me that he had to void the transaction and did not make the food because they don’t take any coupons (we had used the buy one get one half off deal in the app). The store did not attempt to contact me and the app did not inform me either. When i told him no one contacted me he just said. “I know” So I had to re-order and wait further for food. I enjoy getting subway and so I’ll likely go to another location but the service was terrible here

these people are lowlifes, made me drive 10 minutes after ordering on app, charged my credit card and wouldnt give me my food. The next day me and my son were charged on our credit cards for 4 times in CANADA. Had to notify fraud dept at Discover card ,they are under investigation, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, go to a deli and get a Real sandwich with no fraud.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 4 sandwiches through the mobile app and applied a coupon for one free sub. Walked into the store and overhear the employee trying to charge some guy extra for putting a couple more jalapenos in his sandwich. Should’ve known how this was going to turn out.

Waited in line just to find out the owner doesn’t accept coupons so my order was voided without me getting any notification. Wasted my time driving there. I told the worker I’ll just pay full price since I’m already here. Even though I was next in line he proceeds to take the order from people behind me. When I asked if he was going to make my sandwiches he justified it by saying “Yo, you have 4 and they have 2. Im make there’s first. Do you want it or nah?” Remind you I was next in line. So I said Nah and went to the subway in farmingdale instead.

Rude employee, very arrogant. I suspect this is their way of drawing customers in by accepting coupons through the app and then voiding it when you come to pick it up.

I was told say prior, (confirmed by employee) that they were open till 11pm. Went today 10:30pm, told girl making sandwich what
I wanted, the manager who was counting drawer, collecting $ and taking inventory, interjects and tells me they are now closed. “It’s been a long day” among other comments to tell me not open. Meanwhile lights in and door unlocked… Rude.

Even though this location is in the Subway app as a participant in the FLBOGO deal, they are not honoring the deal, and voided my order, which they didn’t tell me until I drove 15 minutes out of my way to pick my order up. Don’t eat at this location. Or at Subway period. There are much better sub shops out there.
