I was extremely upset with today’s visit. I go to the Centereach location every other Friday when I am working in the area. I never usually have a problem but I don’t know what was up with the girl in there today. I ordered the BMT and she starts making it, then asked what kind of cheese I want, hello, the menu says it comes with provolone so that’s what I want. Then she tells me they out of provolone. I should have been informed BEFORE she started making it, not after. I don’t like any other cheese on my BMT but I said ok, I’ll deal with it. Skipped the lettuce completely because it was brown and slimy looking. Presented a coupon for the $7.99 footlong and the employee tells me they don’t have any coupons right now. Um, what? It just came in the mail and she tells me she don’t think so. Then she can’t see the expiration date because I ripped it off. Now she’s wasting my time. I go to my car, get the whole sheet of coupons where the expiration date is 2/8/26. Clearly, she’s wrong. Did she apologize, absolutely NOT! Then she continues to stand there and scrutinize the coupon like I made it or something. I said I am late for work so can you ring this up please? Slow as a sloth and made me 10 minutes late getting back to work. This type of nonsense is uncalled for. You work there you should know the promotions instead of standing there basically calling me a liar. I have never been treated like this before, hence the reason for the bad review. It was well deserved. The lady that’s usually there when I come in was not but I wish she was because at least she’s fast, efficient and friendly. I hope I never run into this girl again

The app said it would be ready in 15 mins.
I pull up to the parking lot and the subway is closed. The lights are off. No one in sight.
A few mins later the app said my sandwich is ready for pick up.
The website said they were open till 10pm.
Yes i understand it’s Father’s Day but if you are gonna close the store early……maybe you should turn off the mobile order !!!!!!

I had a gift card so I went to Centereach subway, across the street from Walmart. I ordered two footlong sandwiches. One was tuna n the other was #15, turkey n provolone cheese. I added all the usual veggies n different sauce to them, both on herb bread. Both had an ok taste, not outstanding. More blah actually which I would say that they were forgettable, any of the other choices I think would leave much to be desired. You might say it’s fast food so it’s just grabbing something quickly but it isn’t cheap anymore. Prices used to be $7ish n now it’s $11 n up. That’s before adding chips and a drink. If I was looking forward to it I would have been more disappointed but again, I had a GC n had to use it so I did.

Service gone from bad to worse
So whenever I go to subway I use the coupons that come in the mail. I get the foot long for $7.99. I know some items are excluded, but every time before I tell them what I want, they tell me I can only order from the “favorites” menu. The coupon doesn’t say that, but I don’t give them a hard time.
Today I went in, expecting the same thing but just ordering from the favorites menu, he says to me “turkey or ham”. Those were the only options he was going to give me. I said that’s not what the coupon says, he continued to just say “turkey or ham”. So I read the fine print, and he still refused. I never even told him what I wanted. So I said do you guys just not do that, he just looked at me.
I ask him “so I can’t get the buffalo chicken then?” As that’s the item I usually get from the favorites menu. He says I can get that. I said “I’m just gonna go” and walked out. Ridiculous.

This is the worst subway on earth. Rude staff. I ordered online they took my money, cancelled my order and didn’t answer any of my calls. I understand the staff deserves a break but Subway cannot be closed during the Lunch Rush. Like subway IS lunch, how are you going to close for an hour during the lunch rush when you’d be making the most money???

Went to this location and ordered 3 foot longs, over the front door large sign buy 2 subs get one free. Was told I need a coupon no where on sign stated coupon needed went on line to look for coupon was told needed to be printed

I work across the parking lot so I go here all the time, usually we all order our own food & send a coworker to pick all the orders up. The past few weeks every order has problems every order. Refusing to give orders. Forgetting sandwiches and refusing to refund. They even went as far as to block my coworkers phone. Awful service

The food is good when ordered in person, however every time I order for delivery they NEVER EVER pick up their phone calls. What is the purpose of having a phone if you aren’t going to use it? I always call other subways when I place a delivery order so that way they can get my sandwich correct, but this is the only location that never answers the phone and my sandwiches end up being made incorrect.

Worst subway in the area. I accidentally said artisan flatbread instead of artisan Italian and when I told them that I meant to say artisan Italian they started to put meat on the flatbread, which I didn’t want, so I told them again that I made a mistake and that I wanted artisan Italian and the girl behind the counter started being rude to me saying “you said artisan flatbread” in a very snippy and nasty tone. Then when I ordered a second sandwich it already had steak and provolone cheese on it, and then I also asked for some parmesan cheese he straight up told me no. But when the sandwich was almost ready he asked if I wanted parmesan and he put it on after he told me no. Overall, this was a bad experience and I was charged $34 for two sandwiches & two drinks. I will never be coming back here again.
