I’m not here to shame businesses, but it was a subpar experience. By all means it’s a regular Subway franchise store but there’s no customer service there. No one greets you when you walk in or even seems like they even want to be there. The young woman helping me had a terrible attitude and couldn’t even hear me because she had one of her AirPods in. It’s awkwardly silent as well. They should try to liven up the establishment and appreciate the customers that Do come in. There is like five other subways in the same vicinity..my two cents

Terrible Costumer service. I placed an online order, when I went inside I sat down and ate my food that I had JUST ordered online. Once I finished and got up to leave the worker came up to me and my friend and I always try my best to be nice to workers anywhere, I said “bye thank you” and then he started saying “next time you guys can’t come in and eat in here, you guys made a mess” we were confused because we always clean up after ourselves and a group of 3 people had just left right before us which left more of a “mess” on the floor and he didn’t say anything to them. He accused of us just walking in and eating food we brought in. We kept telling him we ordered food online and just didn’t see up pick it up because it was busy when we came in. He kept insisting we didn’t buy food and kept saying “where is the food” after we had already thrown it away when we finished eating. He didn’t stop harassing us until we showed him our “proof” of buying the online food. I’m not one to put reviews like this ever and I was just amazed on the disrespect he gave us when we didn’t even start anything. I then asked him for his name because that was outrageous and he refused to give it. Afterwards I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. So if the manager is giving me attitude and disrespect like that is crazy. Here is a picture of so called “manager” that didn’t want to give me his name and also him being on his phone as well.

Good evening this is Jonathan A and I am leaving a review to the Brentwood Subway store #36127-0 on 1913 Brentwood rd in Brentwood, NY for the professional and thoughtful manner in which he prepared my Wednesday deal meatball sandwich; I added other vegetables and I almost put avocado with it and he suggested in not to put the avocado because the pepper Jack cheese and the meatballs would impair the rest of the sandwich.I am greatly a appreciated by Employees KP and VIP…have a great spring and summer 2025. ❤️
