Stumbled upon this Subway location since I was in the neighborhood and needed to kill two hours. Situated on Willis Avenue in the beautiful upscale neighborhood in Albertson, Nassau County, this Subway location is super modern and clean. Most Subway locations that I’ve been to, especially in the five boroughs, are all depressing looking and in dire need of updating. The female employee that prepared my sub was friendly, and the sub turned out solid. The Raspberry cheesecake cookies that I received were stale. I believe that their cookies are supposed to be soft baked? No biggie. Anyways, I would return here in the future for a quick bite.

I visited the Subway on a Monday hoping to take advantage of their Monday special: the discounted sandwich for that day. I ordered a turkey sandwich but when the cashier rang it up, I was told I didn’t qualify for the Monday price because “the turkey was a different type of turkey” or something along those lines, even though I was clearly there on Monday.
What makes this even more frustrating: the advertised Monday deal is for the “Cold Cut Combo” sandwich, which includes “ham, salami, and bologna (all turkey‑based)”.  In other words, the “ham”, “salami” and “bologna” in that combo are turkey products. 
So:
• The Monday deal is for a specific sandwich (“Cold Cut Combo”)
• That sandwich uses turkey-based meats, even though they’re labelled “ham, salami, bologna”
• I ordered a “turkey sandwich” and was denied the price, presumably because it wasn’t that specific turkey‑meat combo
• It wasn’t made clear which sandwiches qualified for the deal, leaving me thinking any turkey sandwich would be discounted.
To me this feels misleading: if the deal is only for one very specific sandwich, it should say so clearly and if they’re telling customers the “Cold Cut Combo” is composed of turkey‑based meats, then denying my turkey sandwich on the basis of “different turkey” feels off. I paid full price expecting the Monday special.
If you’re visiting on Monday, ask explicitly which sandwich is eligible for the special, and be sure it’s the one named

Worse experience on 8/28/25. The person at the counter was so glum, he made me so uncomfortable. I’m not sure why the other person wasn’t taking orders. It was 6pm so it was hours away from closing and zero customers. He never spoke other then, ” what bread?” Not hello, not ty, not bye. I had the audacity to request an oatmeal raisin cookie, he snatched it so fast it fell and ‘oh no’ he had to grab a different one,plop it into the bag & then plop it on the counter – ! To top it off, a poorly made scraps looking sub.
I admit I am sensitive, yet I am also quite polite and I smile and have manners. I can not say the same for Mr. B. ~ will never go back. (I know they don’t care about it). ** Side note: Sub wasn’t for me, I was getting a treat for my FIL, who isn’t well after loosing my MIL, so subway in 11507 can kiss grits!!!!!

Disguisting food. I ordered online and came to the store. Apparently no cold cut combo in stock. I asked for refund and they offer me a sandwhich i didnt want. I regret ordering. Food looks spoiled. I took a picture for reference. Dont order here!!!!

Not a good experience for my husband and I. There is a lack of professionalism. The lady who was making my sandwich doesn’t know english or lacks in english because i asked for mines not to be toasted and she toasted all 3 of my sandwich’s. The way she welcomed her stuff was really unprofessional and unpleasant. I used to order online for my tuna sandwiches and they would mess up my sandwich as well, so i decided to come in store and they messed it up again. Very disappointing !
