I’m a vegetarian and unfortunately Subway already offers very limited options for vegetarians. Usually the only choices are Veggie Patty or Veggie Delite. At this particular location, the Veggie Patty is almost never available. I’ve asked about it before and was told that they don’t regularly stock it because it’s expensive, and sometimes they only arrange it separately for in-store orders. Because of that, the Veggie Patty option is not available for online ordering from this store.

I prefer ordering online because Subway usually runs promotions like the $6.99 Footlong or Sub Club deals. However, this location does not seem to accept the $6.99 Footlong promotion even though it’s a Subway offer that other locations honor. Disabling these promotions makes it frustrating for customers who rely on the app deals.

Despite these issues, I still order the Veggie Delite from this store from time to time. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. The sandwich was not prepared properly, and the staff member working today was not welcoming or helpful. The overall service felt careless and unprofessional.

For a brand like Subway, customers expect consistency in menu availability, promotions, and service. This location seriously needs to improve in all three areas — stocking vegetarian options like Veggie Patty, honoring standard promotions available through the app, and providing better customer service.

Today’s visit was a very poor experience, and because of repeated issues at this location, I will likely avoid coming back to this store in the future.

Ordered a Philly steak bowl with no lettuce or onion. With added bacon. Got home they gave me a bowl of meat and RAW UNCOOKED BACON nothing was in the bowl that is included. Called to complain they remade it, still bacon is RAW. THEIR FOOD IS NOT EDIBLE!! I am complaining to the corporate office regarding the raw pork!!!

My son ordered a BLT with avocado and a Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong. When he got home, we realized that the chicken bacon ranch was fine, but the BLT with avocado was missing the L and T (lettuce and tomato), and I ended up with a bacon avocado sandwich. He was the only customer in the place, and the rep clearly heard him as BLT was written on the wrapper (see photo). This is not the first time they’ve screwed up our order, but it will be the last time we order from this establishment. I recommend finding a different location.

The food is disgusting. Subway should revoke its brand from these people.
Meatballs were tiny, I mean tiny. The steak sandwich had too little steak.
Pepperoni was put on sandwich which was not requested.
Previously I was there same story with chicken teriyaki. Do go there ever.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! I’m okay with them not accepting coupons for a quick diner takeout order and all other negative things others already reviewed, but when the lady at the front desk added 20% tip without my permission, this has gone way too far! It wasn’t until I got home when I finally look at the receipt to realize why she was throwing my receipt away (only gave it to me when I asked for a copy when leaving). Instead of refunding me the money when I called her back 10 minutes later, she even had the audacity to accuse me of pressing “add tips” when I tapped my cc. Then she claimed the owner is out on vacation when I demanded to get someone else in charge to void the transaction. Good thing my credit card company will help me get the money back, but be careful if you accidentally stop by this store. Don’t be their next victim.

Not too many Subways left but this is the usual one I come too. There’s always this one lady working behind the counter with such a bad attitude. Sometimes she says hi but most of the time, she doesn’t say a word. It would be nice to get a “hello/hi/ how can I help you?” Terrible customer service. The food is decent.

One of the last times I came, she took a coupon (it was the 6 inch sub for $3.99). The time after that, I walk in, order and I give her another coupon (it was the 6 inch sub with a drink and chips for $8.99). She refused to take that one. She stated they only accept the 6 inch sub for $4 or the footlong for $8, no other coupons. I said I wanted to speak with a manager about it, she said sorry, there’s no one available now. I said okay, paid for my food and left.

Today, I come in with my 6 inch sub coupon for $4.99 (they raised the price on the coupon). Before I can even order, she says “sorry we don’t take coupons” and I said “you told me last time only the 6 inch” and she said “no sorry, no more coupons, we no longer take any.”

I think that’s ridiculous. You can’t just decide when you want to take and not take coupons. Also, if that’s the case, please post these rules on the door or somewhere near the register, so people will know that these allegations are true. This location has been spiraling downhill. I might have to check out the other closest Subway instead of this one.
