Placed an order with an offer. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:05 PM. They called me at 6:06 PM as I pulling into the parking lot to tell me they cancelled the order because they don’t take promos. Why did the app let me process the order? Other stores did not take the code. FIX YOUR APP!

Healthy option for fast food. Clean place got renovated with new refreshing style. More options for sandwiches as Subway got a new series of sandwiches, my favorite selection is rotesry chicken sandwich very healthy and delicious. I rate this place 5 stars

Not impressed. I spent a while putting a fairly large order with tip into the app and used a promo code from Subway. The order processed on my credit card, showed paid on my app, I even heard the online order alarm go off in the store. Then they went over to the register and voided the transaction stating that they don’t take promos. I usually don’t use promos for this reason. Now I have a $35 charge pending on my card and still had to order the $45 again, not that it’s a huge deal but it doesn’t come back instantly and now I have to wait a few days to get my money back. Overall just ridiculous to offer promos but then not honor them.
I am sure the guy there is just being told by the owner to void these promos for online orders but from my perspective I wouldn’t have walked in the door but the promo seemed worth it. So what’s better, no sale at all?

If I could rate 0 I would. This subway establishment on tuckahoe rd in Yonkers has horrible customer service and is very unsanitary. The worker handled cash and then tried to make my sandwich with the same gloves even though there was a full box of gloves right behind him .When I politely asked him to change them he quickly became aggressive and began to curse at my son and I while telling us to leave and taking pictures of us. Then threatening us to call police . We then called police so they could assist us with having him remove the pictures he took because ,who knows what he would have told police if we would have just left . So save your self the time and money and don’t bother visiting this place. (photo is the guy who attended us)

The employee was rude And began to get defensive when I was asking simple questions about why this establishment isn’t taking coupons or even respecting the five dollar foot-long offer. I tried three different sodas in the machine they all started like off brands of the real thing. My sandwich had the same aftertaste. I don’t believe they’re taking care of the ingredients properly.

Gentlemen doesn’t change his gloves when asked too. He then argued with me and told me he is not making my sandwich and for me to go else were. The gloves were just sitting on the counter top unattended while he was in the back when I entered the store.

Report them to the FTC because filing a complaint to the company they don’t seem to care. They do nothing about it. The worst Subway I’ve ever been to they canceled my online order lying and saying they don’t participate in the $6.99 footlong deal even though it says it in the app
