As soon as I entered, it was as if my eyesight had gone darker. everything on less color, and a soundtrack played. I only remember the first lyrics being “big mama, no kids”, and I also started to see a text saying “Trying Subway shipped from ATL” . The text was being typed slowly, and I heard a typewriter as it was appearing on my face.

Unsanitary Glove Use
I stopped by this Subway and was shocked at how careless the food handling was. The employee started making my sandwich while wearing gloves, which is expected. But then she walked away, used the shared touchscreen register (the one everyone touches), and came back ready to keep making my food with the same gloves on.
I politely said, “Hey, I get sick easily—can you please change your gloves?” which I feel is a basic, reasonable request. Instead of just doing it, she gave me this irritated look like I was asking for something outrageous. But that’s not an “extra”—it’s literally food safety 101. You shouldn’t be touching dirty surfaces and then going back to making someone’s sandwich without changing gloves.
If I hadn’t spoken up, she would’ve kept going. That’s not okay. Cleanliness and respect for customers’ health should be non-negotiable. Do better.

Today is Tuesday June 3rd, 2025 and I pumped my gas then went into the store to use the restroom… the guy told me “it no work this weekend “. His exact words. Not a good feeling about this place. They do not allow black people to utilize their restroom.

Went to get the foot long cookie. Absolutely disgusting, I would never buy one again. They had so many good reviews on the cookie that I thought it would be good. She barely put it to cook and when i got it the footlong was gooey, super greasy, the dough taste like it didn’t have the right ingredients. Never again. The girl looked lost too when I ordered. Use to be my favorite spot but time to change.

Crystal is a true leader and customer experience ChAMPION! Ordering online was challenge. I was ordering for 14 people.. I called the location for help. The man that answered offered me his bosses cell number as my order was to BIG to take during the “lunch rush” hour . I was placed on hold and Crystal joined the call. She offered solutions, looked for ways to help and most importantly was able to complete my order with a smile. The team of people working when I arrived were all very nice and asked Crystal how they can help with the large order. I was very satisfied with the service and treatment at the Subway. I should also note. Great service os the standard as during wait i observed the employees help and accommodate clients request with a smile.
