The two guys working here are pretty efficient and both are very polite. I just don’t like the way they handle the food with bare hands sometimes or the way serving utensils are in the bins with toppings. If you’re touching the bare handle of a knife or spreading spatula and that handle touches the food, you’re cross contaminating. They don’t always have soup which is what I go there for mostly.

I never write reviews but i felt after my experience today i had to. I went to this location around 3:30pm and i was standing at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came out from the back to take my order. Then i see an employee come out from the back with her little daughter, she was running around trying to touch the food and playing with the cash register. As the employee was taking my order she literally said “what else” the whole time. Horrible customer service skills and better management is needed in this location. I walked out without finishing my order, i felt disgusted. Wont be coming back.

Every time I go it’s an issue from the women having an attitude about putting extra mayo or cutting the Sand which more than once. Today I waited on line for 15 mins and my break isn’t that long when it was my turn finally after their lack of ability to multitask she skips me clearly seeing I was next and starts making the next persons order so I say I was next and she looks at me and continues on. Don’t return staff is always rude

Was in town center subway today with my girlfriend and the Mexican behind the counter was rude, unfriendly, acting like he didn’t want to be bothered taking our order. In my opinion he should be fired. He made for uncomfortable eating conditions.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After a week now, I have to chase down the manager after employee “Tony” said to me my money would be compensated within 48 hours on an order they charged me for but never ended up making because they were closing. I went Saturday March 7th back to subway and the same employee “Tony” said to me, “I don’t know what to tell you” after asking where my compensation was… Still looking to get my money back!
